It's amazing to see how the firmness in turath can show you the light at the end of the tunnel/webs of shubuhat. The philosophy of science and the science of aqidah are not complex as portrayed. It can be taught by the experts like Dr. Ali Mahmoud alomari and made sense. My initial understanding of the word 'fitrah' was not aligned with some courses taught at UG and PG levels. I realized that to write academic essays, some scholars exposed some terms (so-called Islamic terms) to some level that was not intended/meant by the previous scholars. Therefore the understanding of new scholars about those terms have created new complications/clashes today with turath. (i.e., fitrah, millah, wasat, ummah, etc.) As Dr. Ali pointed out, the method of reasoning is far important than admitting that the reasoning itself will not clarify the shubuhat. From my recent slow Quranic reading I see tremendous pieces of evidence that support ahkam uluhiyyah (not haqiqah) especially at the beginning muqaddimah of many surahs. We just need to sit together and ponder on the meanings with experts like Dr. Ali. There is plenty on the plate but we still seem starving... 😊
assalamu alaikum, i am inshallah traveling to egyp to study arabic at some of the foreign arabic language insitutes in nasr city. At the same time im interested in properly learning this understanding of systematic aqida. who and what teachers should i go to seek this whilst im in egypt?
With regards to the shaykhs comments that even the madhahib (and he said "fiqhi") have social and personal dimension to it. This opens a huge door for unreliability of the Sunni fiqh schools and can open a door suu' al-dhann of the fuqaha.
The question which you posed, has little to do with what Omari said in his entry. Qadhi is in this issue Taymian that's it, don't make issues bigger than they are. Qadhi had much more controversy statements. Will you forever discuss Kalam, even when Muslims become Murtad?
@@planc3318 You misunderstood the comment. Muslims become Murtad because of western philosophies not Qadhi. But Qadhi has had more clear cut failures than this Kalam-stuff.

I recommend you read:نشأة الفكر الفلسفي في الإسلام لدكتور سامي النشار. I wish you all best. I respect all Kalam-Ulama. Especially the Ashaira, but I don't see their intellectual method, based on aristotalian logic to be the end of the story. There are very benefitial basics in logic but that's pretty it. We should invest more in Fiqh, Tafseer and History for instance than inner Kalam controversies, like Sifat and so on. Unfourtanally the Salafi-Ashari dichotomy has done much of damage. May Allah guide us all.
@@kdjfkdjkf6447 You are talking about kalam and you link it with Sifaat. Kalaam deals with the rational proofs to defend the existence of Allah. You are saying some people are becoming murtads (don't know who you refer to? I don't see this issue here in Europe) But then you say we should invest in fiqh and history. Thats not the answer to the issue mentioned.
