But to me the best "lv3" he had was the double hurricane from KOF 02, and invented in CvS. The way hurricanes come out from his arm in either this Neomax or the new Climax moves, its strange to me.

@@DanKen139 Pretty much in General and depending on the game like 94-2002UM characters inputs windows were more strict and even the easier characters require great execution. KOF 13 has tricky cancels if you do the shortcuts and motions wrong you are screwed.

I never understood why it is possible to connect a hit with another in the same level, like in quite previous KoFs. How can be a pleasure to wait 10.. 15.. 20.. 30++ seconds in a match without being able to play with such rich game because the opponent was the first to put the 1st hit ?? xD

Para mim a "raiz do mal" foi o sistema de combo do KOF 02, que é verdade que salvou e revolucionou a franquia, que estava decaindo por causa das mudanças do KOF 99 a 01, mas também resultou em influenciar todo o resto dela. Antes disso KOF não tinha uma direção muito forte para combos apelões como os da série Marvel. As apelações que existiam (desde o 94) eram erros e justamente foram sendo tirados a cada novo jogo... mas quando KOF adotou essas "mecânicas de combo" ele começou a abraçar a apelação. Essas mecânicas permitem cancelar coisas impossíveis normalmente e usar mais especiais do que normalmente (eles ganham desconto de barra), tudo para deixar fazer um combo apelão. É justo igual Marvel, que sempre foi uma franquia de combo apelão e nunca deixou de ser mesmo nos jogos modernos.
Para mim o KOF ideal seria mais no ritmo dos primeiros jogos, apenas com modernizações e melhor balanceamento. Elementos gerais como dano menor, especiais com menos dano, nada de infinitos, e com super cancel, que só foi colocado nos anos 00.
While I'm a diehard fan of the KOF series and I love the graphics of this particular installment, one thing I do NOT like at all is that here you can infinitely juggle the opponent with almost every single character in the game. That makes NO sense, this is supposed to be a fighting game, not a basketball simulator.
You do realize these are completely unoptimal and takes 5 bar full drive to do right? You can literally do the same thing in KOF15 with 90% less effort. At least here you earn that damage with strict execution. There's a reason why you never see these in real matches and are strictly combo videos.

Its just a combo video. Not that the gameplay is always broken like this. SF combo videos also seem to make the char look op, when sometimes its not the reality.
