This is what I love about these races, crashes usually are of little consequence compared to big track/big bike crashes. Enjoyed the video, great riding!
Well done! Lots of pace and fun race. Just a little bit of setting in that front suspension and I'm not sure if your slipper clutch was working properly. Keep uploading more supermoto content 👌
1) if you miss your breaking point and dont hit the apex, just take a wide line or you will crash like you did. Also because of the profile of the tyres, they dont like some angles, specially the front 2) after the start staright you break too early, you should drift all the way through first turn, flip to the second, and you are done, also in some other places 3) feels like the front doesn give you a lot of condfidense, also the chattering, and feels like you take different like every corner Nice video
1) Profile on the front tyres It's dry... No slicks ? 3) I agree, he doesn't seem to trust the frontend, check suspension, tyre pressure, tyre temperature. I've had some trouble to with suspension in the beginning, not a lot of shops understand supermoto and just put in stiffer springs while you want better dampening. In the beginning some complaint about the front brake, that sucks, you need to be able to trust it so you can hit your marks every lap. I ended up with a full Brembo radial kit, it's expensive but you can brake the teeth out of your mouth. And you can take it from bike to bike. And this was your first race so everything is new. I think you have the ability to go a lot faster if you focus on riding more smooth lines, in some turns the cornerspeed can be higher if your entry is smoother. Footrests are there to scrape the asfalt. Your lines where getting better at the end of the race by the way, especially the higher speed sections. By the way happy you passed the knee out guy later after the crash, I really don't like that style, old school supermoto ravaging boots looks way cooler. Anyway, you did a pretty good job there, and be sure, this is not the last time you will crash 🤣🤣🤣
in general in racing, dont u use the clutch for up and down shift?, what about on the road racing side, the guys racing without quickshift do they just rev match and then leave the clutch? great video and content:D
In supermoto you brake hard, shift down two or three gears at once, drop the clutch to engage sliding and have the slipperclutch handle the prevention of wheel lockup. It's really different from road racing in that means, speeds are lower your braking time is shorter, so you just bang it a few gears down. Upshifting can be done without clutch if you time it right, better option is to use a quickshifter. In road racing quick shifters are used in up and down shifting, even with auto blipper.
i think your front suspension is to stiff and your back suspension to soft thats why you dont have good grip in your frontend and i hear Bouncing in your back.

Geil! Bitte mehr davon 👏🏻

My slipper clutch was not setup right so it wasn’t working :(
Awesome as Always... Merry Christmas from the UK
Great video as always, man. Seemed very fun race
Despite your crashes and close shaves seemed like a fun race! Have you checked the pressure in the front after the race?
Yeah and it was perfect, so i think its something with the adjustment of the suspension!
@@Meddes
What tyre pressure are you running in the front tyre ? And what was the outside temp and tyre compound ?
@@wernerxldata I have no clue this race was about 4 month ago
the great thing about motorcycling in general, you don't necessarily need to know the language to understand what is being implied, really fun video

@@wernerxldata profile I mean the cross section, it's like a rounded "V", so if don't lean enough, you don't have good grip.
@@Okipouros Ah sure, missed that one, you're absolutely right.
Great spirit and riding skill.

What bike did u use
Honda CRF 450
that was fun .........thx for the ride ! wb
I had a Husky 701 loved it more than my GXSR1000 . I dont think the ultra wide angle works to well.
Love it 👍
Coming in way too soon for the corner. Gotta smooth it out.
front tire skipping maybe bc of too much air?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would go the wrong way if I was ever first place in a race
I have raced in many disciplines MX, Enduro Road Race, But Super Moto was the most painful & most expensive
what was the name of the finn
Schade, gar kein offroad? Was war da los?
Keine Ahnung sowas liegt nicht in meiner Entscheidungsgewalt 😅
Geil! Das Problem des planlosen Ersten. Eigene Linie finden.
bro i took my sumo wheels on an the first ride i crashes xD

You use to much break bro

Amateur race? Cuz don't remember you saying. I'm faster than you
