Dutch Henry Hill is located just south of town on US-24, near Colorado Mountain College. Locals from around the area come any day, but on Saturday and Sunday the hill has tubes for rent by the hour. It's a short hike up the hill, for loads of free or very inexpensive fun.
So, on your "rest day," take a break from the lift lines. Meet some locals. And have a blast they way you did when you were a kid!
