An responsible and accountable democracy means the law should rule no matter how it may embarass political processes in the short run and the long time benefits of this process will be inherited by the Kenyan children in the future as a moment to cherish.

@@SirdickOmondi yes bro, IP addresses can be manipulated ie edited. I've done it for years, looks like Jose the Plumber wasn't so good at his job. IP addresses can be split, not duplicated (or else you get a duplicate IP address error). The polling station in question does not exist.

The Carmargo issue is an overlay of documents. The picture of form 34A was done places on top of another form with name Camargo.

Does this form differ with the original hard copy presented by the RO to NTC. What if the DCI put it there. I mean we don't know what they did to the Venezuelans when they arrested and detained them. We need three copies to compare: the original copy, the copy of the agent, image of the pasted on the polling station. You don't just show us an electronic copy. For all we know, the DCI took passwords from the Venezuelans, put the name to implicate of them. Ask yourself this question, what figure was used to declare? Is it on the verified original hard copy or the electronic copy on the portal?
