[4K] Muir Beach Overlook - California - Walking Tour

Muir Beach Overlook is on a hidden prominence north of Muir Beach, California in Marin County. It’s an attraction that most travelers drive right by without noticing.
From the trailhead a short path of about 200 yards leads out to a viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean about 400 feet below steep cliffs. Just before the end of the trail, an elevated rocky spot has views south toward the town’s main beach (Muir Beach) and the town itself.
