Genius at work!! Amazing I am spellbound. Usually a ready made doll is often inserted into the base which is the cake but here the entire doll is made with cake and fondant and is completely edible.

This man is my idol! I would work for free for him for a year! Just to learn. I live in Canada and i am making cakes for a year now. Never baked before just i made a cake once out of necessity and bam! Just hit me that i absolutely loved it and made it my calling. I watched his videos and learn everything from him. Now i have my own business finally doing what i truly love! I thank him for that! He is so intelligent, very clear in his explanations, his talent is to the roof, his experience is great! I'm an enthusiastic hobby baker, and I'm also chairman (woman!) of a local Pantomime Society. We're rehearsing Cinderella at the moment and I intend to use the skills you've shared to make a Cinderella cake for our young chorus Christmas party. Luckily, they're all girls!

What i love about you (and at the same time it´s the hardest thing for me) it´s all the preparation and attention to detail that you have, you are helping me to be more careful and precise when i work!!
Now THERE is a young lady who will never have to cut a cake wreck on her special day! And didn't she look happy!! Thank you for the tutorial; this is the most comprehensive face tutorial I've found yet. I'm not a frozen fan but I avoid making figures due to the faces... I just made one out of 50/50 mod choc and fondant after watching your video and it's come out totally fine! I thank you. You are an inspiration. And you make it look so easy cos you obviously love your work!
