My favourite player is Miguel Sinfronio he is a middle blocker he is loaned To SC Leixões from SL Benfica he won 3 championships 2 Cups 3 supercups.he is portuguese and already played by his country.he played in Eurovolley 2018 Sub 21 and with the principal team recently played Eurovolley 2021 he reached the round of 16 but lost with netherland.He is from Moura,Portugal and Start playing There he is in the portugal team since sub17. Today he is 22 and in Eurovolley in 5 games made 14 points it is his first appearence. NOTE he is my cousin

I only started playing volleyball at my school for the Fall semester(I’m in community college) since they offer it and I love it SO MUCH, I can’t wait to learn more during my intermediate class for winter 😩👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻, I played it a little bit in elementary for students vs teachers but we weren’t taught properly how to play so now that I can actually play correctly it’s so much fun 😭, and seeing like POV videos like yours makes it even cooler 🤍, and I’m 5’1 so I’m running around a bit 😩👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻, good exercise and I LOVE IT😍

I got into nationals for 15s within around a year and half, and one of my favorite excersises i love to do as an outside hitter would be to just hit the ball to the ground against the wall and hit it again when it comes back. I also play at quite a low age level since its only 15s so thats probably why im in nationals atm

His control with the ball is very good. Can you give me exercises to improve my touch on the ball? It never has a very high range and it doesn't always go in the direction I try to send it.
During this video I had injured my wrist and thumb so I needed the tape support to be able to play. Though it feels uncomfortable at first once you stretch the tape out it feels okay.
I think head cam is better for setting and hitting and chest cam is better for libero POVs. Both have a use. I might experiment with some body cam footage in the future.

The ball predominantly touches your thumb, index, and middle fingers. If it touches your palm then the control is a lot worse.
