Miami Pre Cruise Hotel

We always arrive in our cruise port city a day in advance! For our Norwegian Cruise Line Prima inaugural cruise we are in Miami. Join us as we explore a little bit of downtown Miami, Bayside Market Place, ride on the Miami Metro Mover and stay at Yotel Miami. Yotel Miami is an affordable and comfortable hotel that offers you quick access to the Port of Miami. Centrally located in the heart of Miami’s downtown scene and steps away from Biscayne Bay, YOTEL Miami is the perfect home base for taking in the city and sun while waiting for your cruise embarkation. The hotel is minutes from FTX Arena, Port of Miami, Brickell City Centre and more. Take in the sights aboard the above ground Metro Mover, located next to the hotel, offering free public transportation throughout the immediate Downtown/Brickell area. The hotel offers a wonderful pool area and has a relaxing hot tub with a poolside bar. There are plenty of places for dining including a restaurant in the hotel. The hotel does not offer airport or cruise port transportation. We used Uber for shuttling from Miami Dade International Airport and to the Port of Miami with ease. Breakfast was not included. They do have a restaurant on site, but we chose to walk down to a little deli for breakfast.

How did you get from airport to hotel and then to cruise port?

We took an Uber. Sorry, I don't recal exact cost. We are on a cruise, I can look when we get home.

Hi, it's downtown Miami, walking distance to Bayside mall, maybe a mile or 2 from port. Yes, we used Uber to get to Port Miami.

Do not stay at the hotel at the Miami International Airport It's a dog, A pig pen
