I dont know you personally Keith( Only from RUclips) I have watched a number of your videos highlighting some of your travels with Pat to various locations, the experiences you've shared together will never pass. I join many others in wishing you BOTH the best as you adapt to these changes in life. We will all find ourselves facing challenges as our lives progress, we must continually move forward and hold onto optimism! You are an optimistic person , couple that with your love for her, and you both will be ok. Cheers mate
I'm sorry to hear that, Keith. It must be very difficult after being together for so long. I hope once Pat has settled in to the home and you can take her out that things will get better for you.
Hello my friend Keith.. I’ve always and still do look forward to your updates. Pats coffee chats will always be a favorite of mine. Keith, keep the faith brother!! Everything you’ve mentioned is soooo very true sir.. love and respect to you and Pat my friend!! Love and respect!!
Join in others in sending you heartfelt wishes as you go through these difficult changes, caring for someone with dementia takes a lot of strength, we try so hard to keep them at home because we love them. Once she is settled in I know things will start to improve for you both. Soon she will be enjoying the home activities and you will be going out day trips. Bless you for your empathy and sharing your time with people, you are so right, your words are meaningful.
I understand your feelings, that's why I am single would love a relationship but to loose a partner is like losing a arm .good luck mate,I am of the same nature
Must be very difficult Keith, especially knowing and being together so long, and so sad seeing her decline like that, a huge strain on you too all those years of not only dealing with what's happening, but it's also you're partner...I don't think people really know how this feels until it happens to them..at least you can still visit her etc (not the same I know) but you may get a bit of you're life back now, doing things you enjoy etc, while still being part of her life too.....all the best Keith, oh and always enjoy popping into the live streams when I see them up 🙂
One of the biggest problems in UK society is the complete disregard of the importance for people to develop intimacy with other people. As a result of people unable to have intimacy in their relationships, individuals will face the rest of their lives in isolation and experience poor quality in their relationships Isolation and loneliness essentially make us realise the world is filled with people who simply just do not care!
@@eaglevp many of us face isolation at some point - it's a sorrowful fact of this society - but we just have to get on with it!! keep yourself busy as much as you can!
