I don't think it would do anything to an experienced witch magic user. From what I heard(I think the author himself confirmed this after episode 20?) the more magic you use from her, the more you are stronger against it, which explains why the witch isn't hurting Subaru anymore when he tries to tell about his ability about return from death. So yeah I don't think it would do anything.
