Sepultura was the absolute perfect metal band. They had speed, slow/fat/groovy breakdowns, amazing drumming and the Almighty Max’s vocals that I truly think are somehow channeled through him from Satan himself
Sepultura without Max is like a car without a steering wheel... And wheels, an engine, doors, mirrors, windows, actually theres no car. And no passengers.
I love this period of Sepultura. Then they were the kind of band that inspired already with their appearance and image, even before they started playing. I have always liked this dusty heavy post-apocalyptic image more than their thrash image and tribal nu-metal image. They gave the impression of a single whole, and not just a group of musicians. At that time, Max's guitar skills were at the maximum, he really tried to play every part, and he was quite successful. Not to mention the vocals, which were just great. Today's Max does not even try to play, sometimes just randomly tugging the sixth string.
Sepultura Song had to be played by two guitars. I can't understand why the actual Sepultura only had one guitar.... Great Band who had a great way to play together. Pure energy!!

Uma Pena que em 1996 faltou MATURIDADE para os integrantes. Porque era ÓBVIO que se os cara MANDA EMBORA sua mina que trabalha na mesma empresa que você trabalha, tu também vai querer sair fora junto!! E foi exatamente que aconteceu com o Max . Andreas, Paulo, Igor já deveriam ter falado seus descontentamento com a Glória muito antes de " vencer o contrato" Enfim... trabalharam tanto para conquistar o mundo, depois ficaram só no quinta com seu próprio SEPULTAMENTO. Porque Max não fez sucesso com Soulfla e Sepultura com Derrick fez barulho quase 24 anos depois com o Quadras
