My family is from Finland but the sweditsh part in a small town called Narpes Korsnes . Its between Helsinki and Lappland. I am 68 yrs old now and the last time I was there was when I was 16 years old. I would live to go back there.
That's so cool and beautiful video. I have been to Lapland too last year. It was fantastic experience because it was my first time to visit that kind of snowy world. I can't forget it. :) Thank you for sharing your so good memories with me. Take care!
Seen this vid before, I think. You guys from Israel? I spent the best 4 months of my life in Israel, back in 93, when I was a young man. Working at a kibbutz. I hate snow and cold here in my country, LOVED palm trees and heat in Israel! Shalom you guys! ✌🤟

What is the best time to travel to finland to get the thick snow in winter
I think that between December till mid March you will get the thick snow.. but we did see much more snow on the trees on our visit in February. And of course you should consider the daylight hours that are getting longer as the time comes closer to summer, so you will have a better chance seeing the northern lights when it's darker
