I probably subscribed at my first video! I wonder how long I've been subscribed? I don't listen enough, though, as I get distracted a lot!. I should make a plan because I need this positivity, knowledge, and wisdom! Good idea! I've always struggled with discipline and focus, probably due to trauma as it affects your brain also.
