I assume most are similar but '94 is a previous model (new model since '96 but my understanding might be that the only major changes are the starter/kickstarter? Don't quote me on that though.
You should not be using a full synthetic oil on this bike as it will cause some clutch slippage. Use oils meeting the API SG, JASO MA-2 specifications that do not say "Energy Saving" as those oils will be to slippery for the clutch to perform properly.
Can you provide the tool kit details for the dr650.
Can you do the same maintenance for a 94 dr650 I can find any repair or maintenance manual any where for that year
