I’m a Gen X and have no interest in the young 20 or 30 something year old influencers, can’t relate. NMN is actually no longer sold on Amazon because the FDA is considering having it classified as a pharmaceutical product which was the original intent and that is what David Sinclair is pushing for. He filed for pharmaceutical use years ago but never pursued it but now he is since so many companies started using it in products. I have worked in the wellness industry for 20 years so I’m aware of everything you are discussing. The company I work for focuses on science based healthy aging ingredients.

Love all your product recommendations Brianna. I love your new TRUology mist & TRUology barrier restore!!! I’ve been using Nutrafol for the last 7 months. It works! Plus, it’s a good supplement all around with adaptogens, collagen & many other vitamins, minerals, etc. Your hair looks great without the extensions. You look younger 😊 I know, it’s a hard habit to break but since you’re moving to Florida you definitely don’t want a heavy head of hair.😊 We have a vacation home in Destin, Florida…. we’re going to be neighbors 😊 and the humidity in the summer in particular is unbearable at times so you’re doing the right thing by getting rid of the extensions or at least some of them 😊Your hair looks beautiful. Your TRUology products are wonderful. You’ve done a fantastic job on them!!!👍Safe travels. I hope Dandy & the rest of your kitties do OK on the trip. If you’re driving with them if I can give you one tip because I love animals and do animal rescue and hear horror stories about this sort of thing. When we traveled with our cats back and forth to Florida we also followed this rule and it worked well. We always kept them in their cat carriers. They feel safer in them anyway. If we stopped to get gas or food before we got out of the car we did a double check and made sure the cat carriers were closed and locked. There would be nothing worse then.. for example…. if Dandy got out at a gas station on the side of the interstate and got scared and ran. You’d be sick. I’d be sick. I hear stories like this on FB happening quite often . I hope you don’t think I’m out of line I’m just trying to help . I would be sick if anything happened to your precious kitties. Truology c-boost is a great vitamin c for twice a day use! Then a moisturizer. Again can be Truology barrier restore. Or another moisturizer you like. Neogenesis has great moisturizers at great prices too. The must haves are a retinoid, vitamin c, moisturizer, eye cream and sunscreen. Anything is a bonus. So let me know if you need more or different recommendations 🥰

I tried taking 2 containers of the Nutrofol, as it was growing my hair nicely, unfortunately I had to stop taking it because all the biotin was making me break out ;( all over my face.
