I pick up my $17k trailer this Thursday. Full soft wash power wash setup. Knowing I have that payment coming up puts my back against the wall. I have been knocking on doors and hitting local businesses up already; I have 3 roofs in my neighborhood booked (for shit money but those are customers) and one bank booked already. LETS GO!

Great video man. It's inspiring to hear such amazing come-back stories.
the only thing I would add is that anyone who wants to do this needs to make SURE that this is what you want to do before you put yourself in debt.
It's easy to get motivated by videos to start something, but the people that make money in any industry are the ones that persist. Consistent effort and dedication.
What if you get 25k in debt, and realize after 1-2 months that you feel miserable being out in cold weather, and you hate being wet all the time and really don't like having to bid and compete with other companies. Or what if you just suck at managing finances? trust me, you'll need to at least be semi-proficient in this, or come tax day your life will be hell.
Now your stuck with 25k in debt and the only way out of it is to do something you do not enjoy, or sell it at a loss.
I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from starting this kind of business. I think it's great. But you also have to be realistic about yourself and what you are willing to do. not willing to do today or tomorrow, but willing to do for the next 5 years, every day.
Aaron had the advantage of serious motivation, a need for income, and had spent time doing windows and renting equipment before he jumped in the deep end. So he'd already given himself time to decide if he was capable of doing the work. If you're on the fence, I'd highly recommend starting with the basics and see if it's something you want to do, and then rent gear for bigger jobs for awhile. If not, then at worst you have a small power washer and a few pieces of gear to sell. If it works for you, at that point I'd consider the larger rigs.
But also keep in mind that equipment doesn't guarantee results. every person I see on utoob that has great success in any business has done it through their own sweat. building client base, selling yourself, advertising, whether it's door to door or pamphlets or whatever, it's putting the heel to the pavement that results in business success. It's only after this that the nice equipment makes the difference. You can make money with a 400$ power washer if you know how to sell yourself and work within your limits. But if you don't know how to business yourself, you can absolutely fail miserably with 30k in gear.

I made myself with a predator 420 and a 20” surface cleaner knocking on peoples door after I got off work from my full time job. That lasted a few months until I knocked on the wrong door. Then I learned and perfected the log maintenance market. Now I have a 9gpm, my 5th predator 420. Two gun and gas softwash. All on a beast 2015 f350 drw 9ft utility. A hemi 2500 single cab on 35s. Brand new 6x12 and 7x16 all paid off, all of it. I had less than a thousand bucks to my name 2 ish years ago. Working for myself saved my life and now I slay any and all log cabins i come across.

Working in a restaurant now for a couple more weeks but super excited about second-year business and going to get out knocking and hustling and have some other ideas as well. And it's not that the overwhelming stuff has been easy but it hasn't been as complicated as I think it is and it's mostly just jumping in and do it like the first time using a smartphone and now it's like nothing. If you're thinking about going into business I'd say go for it! I have a 45 credit college thing that never did me anyting but the local domination course for about four hundred bucks changed my whole life. Best wishes

@@markhilby4024 Wow man great for you! That's awesome. So these courses are legit huh? It's tough to think there's $400 worth of value when the funnel page looks like every other scammy looking guru course. I just want to learn to ins and the outs of how to actually wash. I want to learn what I don't know I don't know. Forums and videos can only teach so much. I have lots of great ideas and some experience in the other areas. I've also got ~50 college credits that have done me jack yet. How many calls/week were you getting in the first month and how many led to close? Out of that 42k what was your net or average profit percentage after job specific and yearly expenses? Are you confident in bringing that up to 80-100k? Starting out how long did some of the simple jobs take like house wash compared to how fast you know they can go from hearing from others? Good you hear you're gonna quit that job man its nice to hear others doing well. How long is your wash season? I'll only get about 6 maybe 7 months here where I live so it can be daunting. I'm considering moving in with a family member for a few months in a warmer state to try and get hired at a company so I can get paid to develop experience instead of vice versa. Sorry for all the questions, cheers Mark!

    • @markhilby4024
      @markhilby4024 Год назад

      @@Rsave7Corp They are totally legit
Their is a reason the funnels look the same: it is working to sell. A year w these guys has me thinking and looking at things like that differently
I did get faster, and will be almost twice as fast this year w upgraded set up
We made over 10k cash, but will show red for taxes, or little profit. We have debt but lots of it was personal stuff. The returns are their and we had $1000 days
You can only get so much on RUclips for free, there is help there but it's not organized into a cohesive chain of teaching series. I made $950 in graffiti removal using a special chemical I learned in Local Domination, paid $250 for 5 gallons and have 4.5 gallons still
The liability section of what to watch out for super value
I was out hustling knocking doors hanging flyers, I did get work off website though and have some weekly repeat work coming up again
The Facebook marketing in Local Domination would have done better than knocking doors but I was so unfamiliar with social media not being on it I hired someone else to make my page and then I've learned it the past year though. So I'm going to be doing that and knocking doors and I made doing every door direct Mail depending on finance
I never sat around and just waited for people to call me though I've been hustling
But I couldn't it have did it without Aaron and the guys I can't say enough good things about these know it's not a scam. I wouldn't call it easy but it can be done it's just that sales mindset of don't quit
I just got back to home been on an airplane for hours smelling Funk and glad to be home!
They offer a lifetime membership to a Facebook group called inner circles and you get all their courses immediately if you buy that if I had to go back and do it over I would have did that they didn't offer that till later I was buying the course has left and right after I seen action on the first one and I'm not even complaining
I still spent thousands of dollars to go down and meet them in person and soak it all up again and learn some more new things at wash, and it was worth every penny
There's not too many industries you can go out and make $100 an hour and more I'm going to try to get my prices up that was my goal or 500 a day a bad day was 50 an hour. One month was over $15,000
But I give credit to these guys and I'm going to try to get out of debt this year but I had a lot of new equipment marketing just a whole bunch of stuff and personal stuff it's going to come together though I'm totally confident we can double it this year
Take action bro- you can do it
Also, just one more thing I came to a point in my life $400 seemed risky but I was tired of counting on other people to give me a break or hire me
It never hurts to be cautious but you have to be willing to take risks
Where I was if I lost the $400 I really wouldn't have lost everything but we've gained and are gaining has changed our lives
And if you get in this group I'm talking about you'll meet so many other people saying the same thing this isn't a scam this is for real and now that I've met these guys in person and some in the Facebook group it's going to be more like family than a Facebook group thing
You can do it man go for it

Good evening. I have been watching you on and off for a while now. some of your videos, for me, are "ehhhh". But I am NOT here to bash you. This video is the best one you've done that I've watched, and potentially the best one I have seen from anyone. You're genuine. You're real and I can see it in your eyes on this video. I absolutely NEEDED to see this video.
I've been trying to half-ass this as a side gig because I have a koosh regular job that I get paid too much for what I do. I basically work half of the year (shift work), so I can have two jobs rolling, right? Nope, because like you, I finally finalized my divorce back in March and now I have my kids on my days off (which I absolutely cherish).......... so guess what? Washing took a third seat.
I absolutely needed to see this video tonight, thank you!!!!! I have been contemplating leaving the koosh job because of the benefits for the kids. I have 25K, give or take after the penalties in my 401K, to use to get started. I have been trying to research the last few years and I've done maybe a dozen jobs total. That's not a lot, but it's enough for me to realize the satisfaction and love I have for washing.
Anyway, sorry to ramble, but this video hit me square in the nuts tonight. I will be digging in more to your stuff. I'm sure I'll be picking your brain in the future. Thank you and the guys for what y'all do.

Nice video, Aaron. Business debt is not like personal debt. You gotta pay to play. Build your credit, build your business. Most guys that will shun using credit, probably have 500-600 FICO scores-- and can't obtain credit (Who's fault is that? Unless it's a divorce, of course...risky business with that. Or, a medical bankruptcy which happens daily to many Americans sadly) 20k is nothing. I have cleaned windows at restaurants opening up that put in 600k to remodel and everything- only to shut the doors 1 year later.
And, if you have GOOD credit.....many business credit cards out there. I use American Express and Chase. Both came with 0 percent INTRO apr for 18 months. Meaning you don't pay interest, because you bet on yourself and you know you will pay it back before the introductory period is over. Never pay out of your own pocket!!!! Use the bank's money....they use yours!
Spending a few thousand to get the tools you need, is not the same as buying something for your personal needs (Like a watch or something I see guys showing off with). Few seem to understand that difference-- the tools are going to MAKE you money, the thrills and frills and the showing off-- doesn't. You also don't want to buy things you don't NEED. Many people make the mistake...congrats, you spent a lot of money-- how are you going to make it back? (By believing that you aren't going to fail-- Very simple mentality!!!!) Believe in yourself, and others will follow. Lead by example, and don't be afraid to copy what others do-- NOBODY has reinvented the wheel in any of these industries-- just added some new tweaks and computer chips. That's like new guys getting into pure water window cleaning and saying "It's a new technology, state of the art!!!!!"...The truth is, it has been around since the 1940s lol. I always say "You got it right, it's new technology...to them" and laugh it off.
Cheers brother, like your content. Keep on keeping on!!!!!

The only thing I’ll say about this title, is what other business can you get away with ONLY GOING $20K in debt? You should be $20K+ in debt, if you intend to render services to utmost professionalism in this industry. The return on investment should be covered by business, and in fairly short order.

A bit of a late reply. But a buffer tank is what you want. If you're using something that pulls more than 6 gpm then it would be worth it to get an ibc tote

@@AaronsLeanMeanAcademy thanks for the quick reply mate. Really appreciated. Too often you leave a comment and it’ll be months, years or never that you get a response back.
I’m looking to do it as a side hustle to start with. Any initial profits I make will go directly to paying off my credit card. Once that’s gone, it’ll be $120/month I won’t need to pay out. This taking a bit of pressure off my day to day living expenses.
Then my plan is to upgrade my equipment. Allowing me to do jobs quicker and to a higher standard. Eventually I’d like to take it full time. I’ve been working retail for 27 years and it’s well and truly time for a change.
Thanks again for all your inspiration mate.
