This was perfect! I love that you did the lesson with your child exactly how you would in a normal day without editing too much rather than flipping through it just you and talking about it. It helps so much to see it in action with your child. Thank you so much for sharing!!
This was super helpful! We're using The Good and The Beautiful level K but it's not the best fit for my son. I've narrowed my search to Learning Language Arts Through Literature and All About Reading. It was really helpful to see a lesson being completed.
This is great! I just ordered this program. I have the same issue with my little guy, he always looks at me when he can't sound something out instead of the word. I feel like I'm always telling him, "Look at the word and not mommy."
hehehe...such a hard worker!! I have a son who will be 4 in December, he's all about counting and numbers so language/reading unless it's game focused is a struggle. Do you know much about the pre reading level Ziggy the Zebra?
Does he still do the practice/warm up sheets so well? The practice sheets got long and laborious for us and that has become a hard point for us. We had to take a break and I’m working on us working through it but I’m always looking for idea and wondering how others do it to keep it fun! Love your accent btw! Kiwi?
We did end up taking a break and going back to The Good & The Beautiful for now but will probably use AAR again. We're kind of just going back and forth. :) And yes, there's definitely a Kiwi accent in there but it's a bit mixed up with a few other things too. Haha!

Glad it was helpful!
" These glasses help me read very fast." Bahahahaha! He is ADORABLE!!! Great job! ❤👏👏👏
So sweet! :)

Sooo cute. I like that you showed how well he does. Good job Jack.
He really does love it. :)

Slow and steady wins the race, right? :)
Wow that’s amazing! Did he learn all those words with this currículum
Many of them, yes. :)

I haven't personally looked much into the pre-reading as I've not felt the need for it, but there are quite a few reviews on RUclips. :)

Does the program come with that little square thing so they only read one word at a time?
It does, yes!
This Homeschool House yay does your kiddo still like AAR? Is it fun? I saw a few comments saying it’s very boring
