I think this game is basically one of those "dark humor/comedy" kinda deals. Also I'm pretty sure it is an _RPG Maker_ game as well. Also I think there might be multiple routes you could go with this game similar to _Undertale, FNAF: Security Breach,_ etc. etc.

Yeah they don’t do it outright but to say the incest is optional is really weird. Whether or not incest is “not a big deal” in a game about cannibalism aside, the incest is there is almost all but one route
I think a lot of people don't see how much of the subtle incest hints are actually in the game. if you play through it a second time or watch it a second time you definitely notice it way quicker than the first time 😭 I definitely don't think the incest is going to be optional with whatever the actual ending of the game is because even though so far its not "that big" of the plot...it's definitely going to get worse

This game really is an insight on how twisted some peoples morals are, not even talking about the protagonists but the avid twitter user.
