I had same issue with 2010 i20. After 2 n hlf years i start getting such noise. But it was manufacturing fault with front left brake n axle. I tried to rectify it but hyundai didn't helped. They ignored. Till 2020 i had that noise. Sold it now. Maintainance wasn't much. I think such cases You should try another dealer immediately.

As Indians we are axing ourselves only. There are many instances where people are getting cheated and the behaviour, mind you , will make you feel humiliated. The reason is that these companies have so many customers that they don't have to bother. I request all car buyers to be cautious of what they buy and recognise brands which want to deliver in India. Research research and research to know the truth behind giving fancy features in cars but quality of materials is low on quality. Tata Hexa is such a good car but Chasis broken is terrible. Apart from the issue there is nothing the company can do coz the part is unavailable. How berserk this can be

I had similar issues with service from TATA but HEXA from vehicle perspective it's superb no doubt about it. The only problem is reliability with the service.
Same problem I faced with my HEXA at that time my car was 2 years and around 30000 km old But in my case they changed the part with shocker because the part was attached to the shoker so they ordered the part with the shoker I’m fully satisfied

I have a tata hexa XT 4X4 had 2 issues with it and tata service solved the issues perfectly and smoothly also they updated their RND documents in by taking my hexa to their lab in pune and finding a permanent solution for one of the problem and also ensured me that whenever tata relaunches the hexa again in the future it will come with the upgrades that were done on my hexa so no one will ever face the that issue again 😊

I own a tata tigor bought in march 2021,it is having similar kind of noise issue and the tata service team told me that the suspension needs to be changed and took one month and number of follow ups to get it done but after changing the suspension the noise was still there,they have put back the old suspension again and could not find the reason for noise.Complained to tata about the skillset they have but No response.
That weld will not hold. It happened to me long time ago. I had a Tata Safari back in 2005. I faced similar problem, there was no sound but the service center during routine service identified the defect and welded the chassis and informed me that chassis was cracked and they have welded it. That weld did not hold and the chassis had to be replaced a year later. The new chassis number was updated in the RC by the service center. We paid for the chassis through our pockets. Did not buy Tata after that. This shows that Tata has not improved in certain areas still in these 15-16 years. Chassis should be the most robust part of any vehicle. Bought Innova after Safari in 2010 and it is going strong at 5lakh kms in 10 years with no major issues.
1000 gadiyo me se aekaad gadi me kuch problem nikal hi jaata hai, BMW k gadiyo me b kabi kabi major problem aajata hai. Iska matlab ye nahi hai k sab gaadiya kharaab hai. TATA is the best.
I have an August 2017 Tata Hexa XE. It has done about 26400 kilometres during the last five years ( till 03/11/2022). All the driving was in city/highway. In first week of Nov 2022 I noticed a crack in the silencer and took the car to Tata Service Centre in Bhopal. Detailed inspection revealed five large cracks in the two portions/parts of the Tail Pipe Assembly Post Silencer and one large crack in the Assembly Main Silencer. I also learnt that this was a common problem in Tata Hexa due to which design of silencer has been changed and now comes with a single exhaust. I am surprised as to why Tata Motors hasn't recalled models with faulty parts for inspection/ replacement. I was plain lucky to have discovered the cracks by chance & replaced before complete breakdown somewhere enroute. It cost me Rs 19742/- including parts & labour. If you own a Tata Hexa please get the entire Silencer assembly checked for cracks as a precautionary measure.

Even I have a TATA Hexa which I bought in Hyderabad. I does not have any issue yet. Also the service centers here are top-notch. And remember, no other company can give you the build quality and safety which TATA gives. Also, I had an accident in 2020, A truck hit the car from the back, nobody got hurt, the car was still in the good condition although the rear end of the car was fully damaged, I drove it 200 km to return to Hyderabad and then gave it to the service center, they took almost 1 month and they returned the vehicle fully repaired, and it looked like a brand new car. Go for TATA.

We have 3 Nexons at our home. One 2018 model, one 2021 model, and an EV. Nothing faced too troublesome so far. Still, EXTENDED WARRANTY and P2P by 1 year (particularly if one has too much running) are highly recommended.
@@anmolarya7891 Nexon usually comes with 2 years/75k km warranty. Extending it to total of 5 years/1lakh km will cost around 16k. It will cover vehicle warranty except wear and tear parts (eg brake pad/wiper/engine oil etc). For these wear and tear parts one can get P2P. For 5 years P2P, I had to pay around 11k. AMC or P2P are not absolute need, still, if you wish to keep your car for longer period with high running, particularly in challenging road conditions, these will save some money in long term.
This is happening so much with Tata, they cannot repair their own cars. With tata Punch on its way, this should be resolved. And where is the new Tata Hexa Bs6? Consumers loose so much value.
I owned a tata Indica for 15 years (granite purple), never had any paint issues, had mechanical issues, but in both my grey zest and silver tigor, i am facing such bad paint issues and both are parked in separate places, in fact different cities, take them to the service centre, they dont own up to it and the zest is around 3 years old, tigor is around 2 years. Tata's paint quality has become really bad, they were pioneers once, but today, its bad.
Hi, as Arun bhai said skilled labour is not there in TASC. They do trial and error with other part and charge us which is no use, and top of it the person need to roam the service center regularly which is very annoying. These TASC are fit only for regular car services. TATA need to improve labour skills.

I have same opinion like Arun bhai there is literally lack of skilled workers in Tata service center. Kaha se India world power banega bhai jab skilled workers hi nhi hai. Aaj kal ke youth toh pub-g hi khelte rehte hai.
Bhai 8 lakh km bohot kam hai test karne ke liye, Minimum 1 million km chalake test karna chahiye, Toyota innova ko drivers 10 lakh km chala dete hai bas regular service karke aur tata 50000 km pe Chassis tut jaana is a serious quality issue . Even etios bhi 7 se 8 lakh km chal jaati hai with regular maintenance.
Today my tata hexa service I paid 50k , after service fungus developed in seat kept uncleaned as it was standing for 25 days at service for small body work., steering went tight , engine pickup up dropped. After service I feel I have chosen wrongly while buying. Useless service , better tata ramps up service better and launch good models
They didn't find the fault earlier but suddenly they find it what is the service center staff is thinking. They just don't check properly even when they know people's life would be in danger.

People are bothered about spares and service of Ford Cars whose company closed down just days back and here we have a company which is going to stay in the Indian market yet not being able to arrange a spare part for it's model which was launched just 4 years back. Great build quality, 4 star ratings, safety all are useless if at the end of the day you have a thoroughly dissatisfied customer who is unhappy because he did not get the service he deserved. There are just too many instances of poor Tata service and the company just doesn't appear to be bothered. You deliver a wrong product and expect the consumer to bear that loss, how mean of you. I also owned indiaca company fited LPG gas kit by Tatas. Their manual says that all LPG work to be done strictly by company. They were not able to do servicing or even minor job of LPG that too CONCORD Mumbai. It's very strange that Chassis would break on its own, bigger problem is that the part was not available.
Even Tata has rusting issue after 4 to 5 years. Hope it's been improved with latest vehicles.

I really have a question, How the hell can the chassis of a vehicle get damaged without any bang on it??? This is next to impossible.....

Today my tata hexa service I paid 50k , after service fungus developed in seat kept uncleaned as it was standing for 25 days at service for small body work., steering went tight , engine pickup up dropped. After service I feel I have chosen wrongly while buying. Useless service , better tata ramps up service better and launch good models

They didn't find the fault earlier but suddenly they find it what is the service center staff is thinking. They just don't check properly even when they know people's life would be in danger.
This is a big problem with TATA team they don't analyse the problem and tell you keep driving till it breakdown
Same happened with me for HEXA AC compressor
TATA need to change the whole chassis ☹️☹️ If this happens with my Tata hexa I will Burn my Hexa because we buy this heavy vehicle considering rigidness and built quality and Strong Ladder Frame Chassis

People are bothered about spares and service of Ford Cars whose company closed down just days back and here we have a company which is going to stay in the Indian market yet not being able to arrange a spare part for it's model which was launched just 4 years back. Great build quality, 4 star ratings, safety all are useless if at the end of the day you have a thoroughly dissatisfied customer who is unhappy because he did not get the service he deserved. There are just too many instances of poor Tata service and the company just doesn't appear to be bothered. How come the chassis of a car made by a company known to build strong cars developed a problem like this ?

Mere pass two hexa hain..ghar main....koi issue nahin..no problem....kuch parts hote hain 2/4 din main mil jate hain par wahi parts jo kam use hote hain..other wise sab mil jata hain normal use ka.....and also mujhe kuch zayada jarurat bhi nahin padi....so please ...stop this...

I have Nexon and have gone through two services . Till now I didn't face any problem. But tata will lose customers if it does this . This is why people go for hyundai or Toyota

Tata Company is not good becoz,they are changing constantly cars without giving proper knowledge about the cars they launch to the service centre.

Tata and others appeal to buy desi. Being highly respected brand and people are they not ashamed? Foreign cars call back their cars to rectify their mistakes. That builds creditability. You deliver a wrong product and expect the consumer to bear that loss, how mean of you. I also owned indiaca company fited LPG gas kit by Tatas. Their manual says that all LPG work to be done strictly by company. They were not able to do servicing or even minor job of LPG that too CONCORD Mumbai. It's your own countrymens hard earned money, pathetic
