Ikr... Parle G is a go to food for many college students and ppl who travel but don't carry food. Idk who dislikes Parle G 🤷
Because parle g as a dish ingredient fails when put next to ingredients used to make salty food.

i like the aroma of capsicum but hate the veggie itself. i have never liked parle g ever in my life, havent had it often either. but mushrooms, god they are delicious. fry it or make a curry outta it, its going to be delicious asf no matter what.

My dishes:
Kaustubh's ingredients:
1. Rice rotti or paratha with grated beetroot and bottle gourd.
2. Karela and capsicum pakoda/bajji (which is actually sold in shops and is a delicacy)
3. A no-bake cheese cake with parle g biscuit base
Satyam's ingredients:
1. I would also make a roll with mushrooms, wasabi and radish. But I would grate the radish and add wasabi to the flour of the roll to make a flavourful wrap.
2. I would make ginger pickle as a side to the wrap or use it to marinate something.
I have never eaten tinda so I don't know how it tastes and as such I like Satyam's idea of frying it 🤷♀️
