Other than the front opening, the chances of insects trying to enter the house are the same as with any house. As mentioned in the video, you decide on how much light you want to use and where in the house you want to sit, This eliminates or enhances the chances of seeing visitors. On a positive note, we even see Peacocks. Your question is very valid, fortunately, we haven't felt this as a big issue and our house is nearly 3 yrs after completion
Nah, the insects and mosquitoes aren't my problem. I live among them or it's live among us. The hardest part is save enough money and build a house like this. I have no problem with using anti mosquito lotion
@@egonemo6805Yes, We spend our hard earned money to build this house so that we can make reels. Mosquitoes - Luckily NO Snakes- Hopefully won't. Butterfly- Would love to see them🥰
Was looking fwd to see the house in the indoor light set up, strange to see that being left out!!! Cool farmhouse never the less. Good concept and execution.
i enjoyed the explanation -- kudos to the architect for understanding flora and their use as a design element -- it really adds the wow factor as it is precise intentional incoporation!
Beautiful house. I love how the architect blended the living space with the outdoor successfully bringing in planting zones inside the house. However, I feel that some of the furniture do not look too comfortable.
Yes, we did had that worry, so the options we had were to try a different plan and forget this one. Moving away from this project was impossible, we would have regretted it whole our life if we had chosen that route. We luckily have no issues with mosquitoes and in terms of other things- I believe every living being has its role in this universe and we respect that
Nice home. Great that you are saying in the answers that you respect every living beings space in this universe. Hard to find people with that kind of wisdom. Still I think snakes might be a problem. But had a question. What about the case when it becomes a bit chilly outside due to wind and you want to spent time in the living room. How would you be able to manage it.
Hopefully Not, The house is in Kerala, more towards the coastal line, the temperature hardly falls below 25 degrees. The only uncovered area of the house is the opening from the sitout and that can be covered using sticks on temporary blinds if needed. Hope this answers your question.
Sorry for not answering your question, unsure it's appropriate to answer this in open. The construction cost was impacted by covid, so gone above our expected budget. Each and every element of this house is the effort of our architects and their team. The house doesn't have many flashy expensive things. Certain elements are costly which are matched by using inexpensive products.
Nice house, but how they manage the insects trying to enter the house after dark...??

@ismukallingal thanq for your reply sir 🙏
Thriller movies vibe ...
Even the furniture doesn’t interfere with the transparency of the whole project . Zero size furniture 😅
I love the way you styled this house! I also run a channel about home design and would love for you to check it out.😍
