I would like to say that I am blown away by the video editing on this episode. There are sequences where Alex is working on his spatula, where the video editing makes his hammer strikes match the exact rhythm of the background music.
Although I have come to expect a great deal of skill from Will, and Alex, I have apparently missed the same level of skill from the video editing (I a may admit that this is because I am more on the technical side of things). Great job Jamie.

Take your onion...core it out (about 3/8"-1/2" diameter, 1/2 way through the onion)...plop a beef Bullion cube in the hole you created....spackle that hole full of butter...wrap in aluminum foil....45 minutes to an hour in the heat...unwrap....taste heaven!

There is a difference between being prepared and making mistakes opposed to making assumptions and making mistakes.
