To be fair when Lincoln was alive she was the happiest and most delightful charecter but after Lincoln sacrificed himself for his people and her not to mention octavia watched Lincoln get shot at point blank range executioner style. That would do alot of psych damage to you.

In one episode when she finds the wars fill of warms she tells both sides so octave deadass as a choice to say no to that war and not send “HER” people into a war that didn’t need to be fought. But she burned down the farm and MADE them anyways. I don’t blame her. But don’t be acting like this is all on Clark or something.
This video is so phenomenal, that it has brought me close to tears. The love I have for this show is endless and indescribable and I cannot imagine it coming to an end in just one single year. Octavia has been one of my favourite characters since season one and the thought of her journey ending next year sends shivers down my spine. Frankly, I was not a big supporter of blodreina, but the more I think about it, the pieces start to come together and I'm starting to understand why she did certain things - for us it's all highly unimaginable, because it was the end of the world and an eighteen year old took on the responsibility of making sure the human race prevails, because they looked up to her, since she won the conclave. All in all, this video is amazing and gave me goosebumps!
The fact that Pike is telling her everything she’s done proves that she regrets it all. Everything she done, even the things she did to keep her people alive she regrets.
Amazing video! The way you combined the dialoges and the scenes, the way you showed her inside battles and conflicts - Oh my God! Octavia is not my favorite character (Clarke is), but I've always been interested in her stories, because she is such a complex characters, and they are the ones I like the most. Her story is heartbreaking. She didn't want any of this - she was forced to lead and the people who usually were doing that (Bell and Clarke) were not there to help her - Indra and Gaia were guiding her, but they didn't lift anything of her sholders, Abby was.. usless as usual. She was alone. With many people counting on her, depending on her. She has so much blood on her hands, but if Bloodreina was not born, she would've had so much more, because everyone in the bunker would've died. She saved them. I just hope Bellamy could hear the whole story to understand that she did the impossible, made the hardest choices and yet, saved them. And I hope Octavia has more understanding about Clarke now, because she was constantly blaming her, but now she knows what it's like to lead. Clarke was trying to understand her - the way she admired how united Wonkru was, when Maddie told her "She bore it so they didn't have to", Clarke's closer to that. But again with Bellamy they did things together and he helped her, but there were many more she did alone, and the decisions before this actions were made by her. In one episode, she is covering her face with her own blood. And at the beginning of season five, Indra is saying that “The blood of her enemy is her armour” So my opinion is when she covers her face with her own blood, she is trying to say that she is her own enemy now or she is scared what herself has become!
Without blodreina they all would’ve died or atleast the majority of them and they’d probably be too weak to fight and they would’ve had no hope. Octavia, Blodreina gave them hope and made them stronger than they ever thought they could be.

This was amazing!!! Octavia doesn’t deserve all this hate. She was already broken and in a really bad place after Lincoln’s death, and all of a sudden she found herself with the weight of saving the human race on her shoulders. She was a basically a child who had no idea how to lead, so she seek advice on adults whose leadership skills and moral standards where questionable to say the least. She was pushed by all of them to make impossible decisions, and then they all stood in the background and accused her of being the monster.

I love how honest Maddi was to Clarke about octavia she carried the burden so no one else would and none of them appreciate everything she sacrificed for them she never wanted to be leader but they made her and abbey never admitted her guilt in all of it

I love how Gabriel said that she is special i know it means she survived the anomaly but still I wonder if it changed her on a cellular level wouldn’t that be so cool if she got abilities cause I’m kinda sick of just them talking about nightbloods they need to add a new element by looking at other areas say like the anomaly giving Octavia and only Octavia powers like regeneration, inhanced agility and strength no one would want to mess with her then and Bellamy and go get screwed I mean I’m glad they got a nice little moment in episode 11 where they were talking and it wasn’t Bellamy being a hypocrite for the entire conversation but wouldn’t it be cool if someone hated Octavia one of Clarke’s and Bellamy’s people and kills her and Bellamy gets so upset knowing she had change and he is saying goodbye only to find her awoken and walking out in front of everyone and she has completely healed and everyone’s faces just dropped seriously they need to give her powers cause I’m sick of pretty much everyone who is a nightblood is special and gets way more attention then Octavia or Bellamy even knowing I hate him I guess that is why I like maddi, raven and Clarke a little more cause they don’t blame or even hate Octavia they understand her and the choices and burdens she has to carry hence why I liked how maddi said to Clarke that Octavia did what she did so she would carry the burden not even abbey had to carry it that is why I hate abbey and she needs to die and I was kinda happy to see her miserable and sad after Kane died

Marie is such a great actress, like the way she did all the octavia characters is so amazing! I mean eliza was amazing too playing josephine, but marie deserves more credits than her!! I so love her character !!!! i wish the 100 would go on forever with more octavia screen time and i would watch it forever !!!

I never hated octavia for bloodreina - doesn’t mean I liked her but I think she deserves forgiveness. octavia was born to be a warrior which means she’ll make the hard choices no one else will. i don’t think bell has a right to hate her tho cos clarke is the same thing, yet he still loves her.
