How to make Mapo Yakisoba | with subtitles

Introducing a recipe for fried noodles with bean-curd soup stock.
The spicy and slightly sour taste is great and addictive.
It is easy to make, so please give it a try.
Recipe
Ingredients
1 ingredient for Bean-curd soup seasoned with red pepper paste
1 bag of yakisoba noodles
100 g ground pork
50 g chives
1 egg
Green onion to taste
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions
(1) Cut off the root of the leek and cut into 3 cm lengths.
(2) Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat, add salad oil, and crack in an egg to make a fried egg. Remove the eggs when cooked to desired doneness.
(3) Add the ground pork to the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 80% of the way through cooking, add the chives and mix lightly.
(4) Add the yakisoba noodles and mix lightly.
(5) Add the bean-curd soup stock and stir-fry until the noodles are the desired consistency.
(6) Arrange the yakisoba on a plate, top with a fried egg, and sprinkle with green onion and black pepper.
