Curious to know if you can skew the Z-Plane? I have to rework a casting and rather than tapping it flat with a hammer all around, within .005, it would be great if the probe could come down, touch off on Z around my already machined face, and set a Z plane.?.

Hi Tom, unfortunately you wont be able to skew the Z-plane.

I just snapped a probe off last week that was 125 bucks lol
That happens to the best of us.
it normal cost me about 40 for a new probe tip
