Love Emily's Thai fusion dish, that looks really similar to one Thai dish called Kao-Mok-Kai but the ingredients are a different.. love love from Thailand ❤
Has Gordon even been to Vietnam or any Asian country for that matter? (I know he has, it's a rhetorical question). Peanut sauce absolutely goes wtih Asian slaw. Gado-gado anyone? Sambal pecel, lumpia? All four judges have no clue about Asian taste buds 😅 they should apologize to Bri.
I think the best thing they did first is to do a research on these countries?? Asian food?? Oh c'mon they didn't know something about Asian's taste buds
@@najwakhalid8870 my raging Asian roots is.. well, raging. Peanut sauce is our thing! We just call it a dip or sauce not gravy. They should all have a food tour around Asia.
From past seasons, I learnt when one of the judges says "she/he is a better cook than this" it's almost 100% guaranteed they're not eliminated. They were clearly debating between the other two.
Gravy is different from a sauce :) Gravy is usually thickened with flour which gives it thicker consistency and overally a very different flavor profile
mấy cái cuốn nó ngon ở độ tươi (tất nhiên tôm thịt vẫn cần phải chín), chứ đống đấy nhìn nó nặng quá :)) cuốn ngta chú trọng cái sốt hơn, nên chế cái sốt nó lai tí Tây vào là pass :)))
Israel? What's good food coming from there? Literally boring food. Mediterranean? I prefer Greek. Middle East? Better Libanon. Even Palestinian can cook better!
This is a very sad episode, it's not really about cooking skill but luck...the one who won the pin got the country, he's most familiar with.. iwonder how'd he'd do it he got ethiopia or other country.. Shayne's the youngest and got the hardest country too.. tough luck
He had a lot of limelight in the first few episodes though, being in bottom 3 twice. Now his dishes are just passable, since there were others worse off.
i think they made a mistake by including a country that doesn't exist
Fr...
agreed

Poor Bowen, how the hell was he supposed to know food in Israel? It doesn't exist.
i hate the fact that they included israel
Shayne's level of maturity is insane ❤
You can really see Fred and Bri's friendship when fred's worried reaction was there when Bri was called on bottom three.
also Shanika and Bowen, and Dara and Shayne. (Shanika and Bowen are best friends from their season)
Well, In the Philippines we have a food that includes peanut sauce on a slaw.
I think they should give a chance on this part because honestly it's really hard to cook a dish from a country that you didn't know something about

More episodes please 🙏
shayne, he really is a bright kid with a bright future :")

@@anonymous9436he actually said no chef on this planet would put peanut gravy on fresh slaw...which is false. One example is Gado-gado...
i agree! we use peanut sauce here on our lumipang sariwa (dfresh vegetable roll)

as vietnamese i dont agree with you about peanut sauce, in Vietnam fish sauce 90% goes with Asia slaw
Im crying.. I love shane since master chef kids..
Israel not even a country😅
Well in the Philippines, we put peanut sauce or like peanut gravy on fresh lumpia roll

in thea philippines we put peanut butter on our dish.. and we made a gravy out of peanuts..
Episode 6 please

saying that gravy does not go with any kind of roll is hilarious, the chef saying that should have a food tour in Vietnam :))))))))
Or Asia in general to be honest. Surprised that GR would say something like that

isnotreal what?! where the hell is that
Bruh peanut sauce goes well with fresh veg, lumpiang sariwa for example
Yes, peanut sauce, but not peanut gravy 😅 gravy is using flour, butter, cream, etc... while peanut sauce not using any of that
i don't want to see any episode of this season since Shayne's leaving, and honestly i think Bri's food is the one to be eliminated.
is Israel a country?
Ofc tak😂
Yes, did you not watch the video?
nah
Learn geography before selecting countries
They ignored tommy in the previous episode and this one as well. Like almost 0 screentime. And no idea about what is he cooking.
They ignored Christian too😢

How is bowen supposed to make food about a country which doesn't exist
Always watch every season of the show, but felt an utter dissappoinment when saw an Israhell flag in frame. Shame on you. #freepalestine

That look of disappointment on derrick's face - don't expect to be the star all the time. Almost looking smug . . .
Well... That one flag doesn't have any culture tho
They should have Filipino flag the Philippines best for fusion.
I mean.. Israel flag?
Ethiopia 😁😁😁😁😁
