It's why they watching all happy through the camera and why Nikolai sings along sometimes. Soukoku met the DOA as teenagers on a mission of some sort when Dazai was part of the PM and all that and kept in touch since, Sorta. Their friendship is weird but it's them so you can expect nothing less. ❤
