The only reason cosmic doesn’t have a lot of good characters anymore is because of the mythic tag. All the mythic characters are basically cosmic lol

@@DorkyDadMSF there is some ambiguity as it relates to the redistributes part of the basic ability as it only redistributes up to a max 25% of omega reds health. But the way I read it the 10% health steal occurs first then the redistribute part is capped to 25% but obviously in game it's working differently basically how it reads versus how they intended it to work
