more eco friendly than paper straws because bamboo grows realy quickly and trees take forevet to grow, also paper is manufactured

I’m presuming they still give out plastic straws for the McFlurry’s?! Aren’t they bad for the environment? If people are that desperate can’t they use one of them & snap the spoon bit off? You used to be able to drink through them years ago. Don’t know if that’s still the case. I’m old (ish!) & haven’t been to McDonald’s in years.
In our county here in Florida, they recycle plastics. The county goes by the number inside the three arrow triangle recycle symbol. the only plastic they don't recycle is if it says #6, which is styrofoam types, like egg cartons, meat trays and take out cartons. Not sure why they dont use plastic that can be recycled for everything.
It's a different plastic, its recyclable. The straws are a different grade, safety standard. Kids chew them and stuff...

Exactly would of been more counter productive to replace the plastic in un nessary items or objects in the range first rather than something that in theroy should be plastic until they find a better solution but as they say bad publicity is good publicity for them I'm guessing it was all planned

How long it took you to drink it is what matters. I had one the other day and the straw lasted the hour and a half it took to drink, probably would've lasted another hour or so and I've also used paper straws for years, never had a problem. Honestly just think people are dumb and biting of the straws is actually causing people to have a meltdown over a company changing their straws and not the straw itself

Take a stethoscope and separate the string from the round part that measures heartbeat, Then put the two pipes that you put in your eat in 2 different glasses. There you go you can drink from 2 glasses at one time from the pipe that was attached to the round part. This will make your drink last long. Oh nd make sure the stethoscope is new Lol. Cheers mate
