This is like the worst of both worlds in a house…. You get a multi-story property, but without the benefit of it being a house, as you barely have a terrace befitting an apartment of this price, but you dont get the benefits of living in an apartment. And OMG that set back!! Imagine when your neighbours have contractors with heavy cars over…. I donno real estate like Arvin, but i think even 19 million is too much!

If you have to push or even touch the cabinetry doors to open, I don’t care how clean you are, fingers have natural oils. There will be dark fingerprints wearing away at that door over time. I’m confused. You JUST did a flaws exposed of a property on Blue Jay Way (34M) that you were “in love with” and raved about how you need to sell that home with a set back close to the street just as bad as this. Lol
Yeah. He did a long comment on that other property that he loved and I get it. Sooooo many houses have all the flaws he mentions often. So you just have to come around and accept/compromise. I hated that house he said he loved, because I had internalized all the things he critiques about houses. Nearly everything about that house was problematic - upside down, no set back, a long house, tiny garage, no spa at all, no movie theater, no chef’s kitchen etc. But then when he described why he loves it, I could see. And I also softened my hard edge around looking for a truly flawless house. Not likely to see that kind of house very often IMO.
