Everything about it - the tropical monsoon downpour, the progress on the house building, your mum's creative work, the visit to the electronic and electrical goods store - especially the fact you included prices of goods. That is going to be SO useful for any westerners thinking of moving to the Philippines once it opens up today. Once it does, here is your next travel destination, if you want to give your western fans a treat. Apparently, a worldwide magazine called 'Travel & Leisure' had a poll of the "best Island in the World". It was won, with a vote by readers of 95% out of 100% by.........Palawan!! Yes, I know you have been there before but just pick the most beautiful spots on Palawan and you will be rewarded with many new subscribers - plus you already have many new subscribers, so they will be rewarded also. Back to this video - also loved the music, seeing you, seeing you with your sister and seeing you with the 'scene stealer' ......Samantha. Hi Crishel,,how is everyone doing? Good progress. That fried chicken looked delicious,, actually ,themonitor lizard looked good too. The chicken had to turn out good,, because you had a great helper,,Sam of course! Im surprised Crist got rid of her red hair so fast. She looks cute no matter what color her hair is.😁 When you have the new kitchen,,,i still think you and her should do a cooking vlog. You could call it "2 Cris's Cooking Show" lol Those were great prices on some of those appliances, way better than in the U.S. Probably less cost to ship from Korea for samsung stuff. I think after the house is done you should do a video all about your sister and her family! Tell her you have so many requests for her that you told everyone you will do it. She should start getting used to the camera now! LOL! That should really make her nervous! LOL! Kidding of course. :-) But you don't have to tell her you are kidding for a while! LOL! Am I to mean with my practical jokes? LOL
Your sister's other option is to start being on cam with you now and let everyone know a little about her overtime on each video. Let's call the section "My Sisters Big Reviel" then she can tell a little something about herself each video!
I know it is a little tricky but if it works, all the better! LOL! If not, nothing lost you can tell her she doesn't care about helping the family! LOL! The guilt trip final response! LOL!

I was expecting to see the appliances at a higher price like the over priced cars in the Philippines. But those were comparable to our costs in the states.
In many cases, the prices seem to be cheaper than in Australia. There again, the USA is the Capitalist centre of the world, with something like 330 million population. So the buying power of Chain Stores in the USA will be mind boggling to many countries, I guess.
Still expensive in our eyes hehe..

Uum....a question I often ask myself too. Was watching a re-run of an Australian TV series last week. This series was set in both the Philippines and Melbourne, Australia. Mindanao featured heavily - but in the context of terrorists. So did Manila, in the context of it's horrendous traffic. Anyway, if no one has ever watched 'Jack Irish' I would highly recommend it. It features the best actors and actresses in Australia, including Guy Pearce in the role of 'Jack Irish'. Australian humour and drama at it's best.
Your mom appliance place is it also located in Tacloban and if so can she still get credit.

the condura fridge is made in philippines but uses a panasonic motor . i might buy one of those . the price is good.

that is good to know. We bought a new Panasonic Fridge and washing machine 4 years ago. Never, ever had a problem with either. I am now a fan of Panasonic.

Appliances in Philippines are to expensive compared to the states plus most of them China no brands and forget about 4k tv there. The Chinese have a good monopoly there. I wish they could get dissent deals like we get on the US 😏
