My whole family is absolutely in love with this channel, the way you are representing cities around the world is amazing Mr. Abrar, I was born and brought up in UAE, loving your UAE series, it's bringing back so many memories!😊❤️ May Allah (SWT) protect you and give you all the success, Ameen!
Old dubai mein gold souq k pas mein 8 months reh kr aya hun very Amazing place to visit new dubai apni jagah agar old dubai nhi dekha to kuch bhi nhi dekha
thanks for taking us to old Dubai. Amazing to see the progress, ladies serving in restaurants. The dhows next to the model village look different. The broad spacious souk is a comfortable adaption of the traditional congested souk. Glad to get a tour of the Dubai creek. Lovely to see you crossed the Dera in a boat- now 2 dirhams, back in 1979 the ticket was 1 fil. For sure, Dubai has worked well to make the old city touristically very attractive. Lovely to see the gold souk still exists.
Abrar bhaijan May Allah Bless you for your efforts to travel and show so many cities and different foods. Your last vlog about old Dubai is the best. I lived there in the '70ies.. The Deira gold market was a Treat !! Love your motorcycle riding and the adventures. I don't think any other blogger has more following than you..
Great efforts for showing the viewers places of unique interests...…..the traditional living and bazar depicts how the Arbs lived while in poverty when oil was not found there. No doubt petro-dollar has transformed Dubai with the vision and sincerity of its leadership. Kudos to you as well.
Terrific Vlog Abrar Bhai !!! Amazed to see such mind boggling places of Dubai. You are doing a great favor to us by taking us to the virtual tour of iconic structures of the world. Keep it up.
Thanks, Abrar for your wonderful vlog! My joy knew no bounds to see my beloved Dubai, where I spent fifty years of my life and literally saw it coming up from a desert expanse to a most modern city of the world today! The rowing boat which you showed had several wooden OARS hanging with it are called 'Chappu' or 'Patwar' in Urdu!
2 dirham ub ho gae, main ne 25 filis wala time bhi dhaikha hai. 2000 ke baad se dubai nhi gaya lekin 1978 main jis din bhutto sb ko phansi howi main dubai main hee thaa. 100 % change ho chuka ub to dubai. video ke start main jo 2 blue towers nazar ayee wo 1996 main ready hona shuru howe thee and 2000 tuk ready ho chuke thee. may be iss saal visit keron dubai.
Abrar bhai, I was waiting for this particular video in the entire middle-eastern series.. I have lived in Dubai for almost 2 years between 2017 and 2019.. The areas you covered in this video are very near to my heart.. Perhaps a home away from home.. Watching this particular video of Deira and Bur Dubai brings back all the memories I had while living a struggling early phase of my career in Dubai.. I vividly remember that at some point of time (due to delays in our salaries; upto 3 months delay), I didn't have any money, not even to pay for Metro fare which costed between 5 to 8 AED per side from my office to my place of residence.. A couple of times, I borrowed 20-25 AED from a friend and used walk all the way from Oud Metha metro station (near my office) to Al Fahidi, at the exact same spot where you took the Abra (water taxi) to go to Deira side (Abra used to cost AED 1 per side in 2018).. Then I used to walk all the way from Grand Souq area to 41st Street in Naif (near Union Metro Station).. The entire trip back was around 5 to 6 kms and took almost 1 hours and 15 minutes.. That has been perhaps the most extraordinary period of my adult life so far.. Dubai, and in particular Deira had been very kind to me, as I lived there, survived on bare minimum, and paid very less for food and accommodation in order to save money.. Fast forward, I am a senior executive at a very reputable multinational company.. I also teach at a University, and have the best possible life imaginable.. Now, I go to Dubai time to time (every year), and never fail to visit my old place and meet my friends and acquaintances there.. I also enjoy Al-Ustaad kabab every time I visit Dubai ..
Thanks, Abrar for your wonderful vlog. My joy knew no bounds to see my beloved Dubai, where I spent fifty years of my life, and saw it coming up from a desert expanse to the most modern city in the world today! The long rowing boat which you showed had several wooden OARS hanging with it called '*Chappu*' or '*Patwar*' in Urdu!
very nice and interesting seeing all the old and beautiful area of Dubai - I hope old is never forgotten and always kept in good repair. The old Dubai house also shows a very nice way to live.
Bhai, visit Sharjah too, it has a lot of history as well. Myself being a Pakistani Brazilian travel vlogger, looking forward to visit Israel, Oman and UAE and bring a lot of content as well
I always wondered about UAE and especially Dubai. Through your vlog I have learnt a lot. Thank you for doing this series! From showing us old Dubai as it would have been to the famous gold bazaar it was a nice change from the never ending tall buildings :)
Welcome to the United Arab Emirates - I arrived with you in the Middle East Blog - Video No. - 99-- and I am still following the new videos in the Sultanate of Oman. Happy trip, Mr. Abrar--with you to Africa-and the American continent. thank you mr abrar AKRAM JORDAN 12-2-2023

Abrar long time ago I commented on your Chabbar Iran video at the end you put hazaragi song can you please give me title of the song. I really like old traditions song. Thanks. Love from India Punjab UK
Very interesting and comprehensive guided tour or this part of Dubai. It seems that Dubai has a lot of vibrant places to visit for the tourists. Although its an expensive place to spend a vacation here but one can fully enjoy the culture and the cuisines. Thanks Abrar bhai for the peep into traditional Emarati lifestyle.
I've seen cacks showing up on some of the "man-made" features. I get the feeling this was a place to try new ideas for successful builders from elsewhere. The planning may still be 21 century
Salam Abrar, Nice vlog. Really it's time for me to appreciate that you have selected Arabic music on your background. Keep going. Take care always. Wishing you from Mushtaq Ahmed from Chennai.
