Few years before I never thought our roads and railways will change like developed countries..but slowly its coming a reality...still far away from design, quality and neatness... 1. For bangaloreans it's a good news 2. We used to take 4-5 hours just yo cover 135 km. We have suffered this for more than 20 years. Now it is just 90 min, of course, from toll point 3. This was done fairly fast by a young good MP of mysore Prataap simha Now you know why we appreciate this?? God bless you
@@roninr8199 bikes for the time being are allowed. Just today I am coming from Mysore on the express way. Let me correct my initial statement. I went in this road only to get the correct status. The express way is ready only from bangalore to Maddur around 90 kms and same way back. But once you reach Maddur the old road starts from Maddur to mysore but for some patches of new road here and there. While from bangalore to Maddur is an awesome road and takes only an hour for 90 kms the rest 40.kms takes another one hour. So the complete stretch from bangalore to mysore is two hours journey. Of course you should calculate from kengri toll gate to mysore. Prepare to be disappointed from Maddur to mysore

Places to visit are in mysore only, not on the way. Just 1 waterfall comes on the way, Shivanasamudra. A very cute cafe is on the way NUEVA.

How much time it will take to reach to Mysore if we go from outskirts of blore..
Even on expressway it takes 3 hrs
From Rajarajeshwari hospital, blore to Manipal hospital Mysore. I took 1.5 hrs . Normal driving
