Cordless masters all day. They blend so easy and its so powerful. You can skip guards and do a lot of detail work with just the blade open. Only bad thing about them is they a little loud but thats it.
I’ve been cutting hair for 20 yrs (no barbers license/self taught/20-25 clients monthly/side hustle) and I can say without a doubt the Wahl Seniors are the best!! I even bald fade myself with one hand on the clippers and the other on one of 2 mirrors and they never fail me. They blend like butta baby!! People ask me who lines me up/fades me all the time, and when I tell them I do it myself they don’t believe me. In no small part due to the great operation of the clippers. BUY EM! Great review bro
I went to the Senior for the cordless, but I been picking up my cordless Masters more and more. The Masters just made it come out crazy blurry much faster.
I don’t understand, I fade perfectly with whals I do self haircut and I cant get a decemt fade with masters. I hateee masters I don’t understand how it is even usable.
I agree with the babyliss pro battery life being short. My magic clippers last longer. This is convincing me to get the andis masters cordless and wahl senior in my lineup.
I’ve noticed that Andis clippers cut closer so you can detail with precision with no guard from bald to the 1 closed. The Wahls are my favorite though cuz of the half guard and 1.5 guard.
Yup, my Uncle's a Barber. I've notice every time I've gotten a fade out of all his clippers. The Andis Masters leaves the most pop! And gives the crispiest eye catching fades. Wahl is the best all around clipper, giving the best all around even smooth cut. But Andis is the most sharp. But I think that always been the history of Andis and Wahl. Andis is aggressive and sharp. And Wahl is smooth and even all around. I've started cutting my own hair and the cordless Seniors and Masters are my next purchases. Also want to see what's the hype about the JRL.
Since you mentioned that you try to charge the masters everytime you pause...i would suggest you get the Tomb 45 charging pad, that way you charge them everytime you put them down
It’s not good for the battery to charge clippers everytime you put them down .. you’re supposed to let them run until they die and then charge them to preserve the battery life
I take the bald line out just fine with my babyliss. If the seniors had more run time then HANDS DOWN the best cordless clipper. I can’t speak on the masters since I don’t have them
My top 3: 1. Masters (tie) 1. Fast Feeds zero w/ceramic blade (tie) 3. Seniors Guys, don't sleep on Oster fast-feeds just because their cheaper, great clippers!
The Master has the most powerful motor of the three. Also, the Babyliss you own have the fade blade on it. I have two of the rose gold version with the taper blade. The were easier to zero gap to where they can take out a line. Thanks for the vid sir! Keep’em coming.
My only take on the babyliss clippers are like what you said, taking out that bottom line is a hassle somewhat. I remember the 1st time I used my gold fx's & didn't like the blade that came with them (fx802g) cuz I felt that they snagged the scalp as I was moving the clipper to blend. So instead, I replaced them with a knockoff taper blade I copped from Amazon & even though they cut super smooth; they still didn't take out that bottom line all that well. Recently, I used the fx802g blade again just for shit's n giggles & they knocked out that bottom line like nothing. So as of now, they're my current go to's. I think the reason the babyliss taper blades don't knock out that bottom line as well is becuz they're not as thin at the top of the blade as the fx802g blade is; almost as if the fx802g is modified. Something to consider but I enjoyed your analysis on these clippers 💯
Josh you spoke on how each clippers fade but not on how good the clippers are on cutting hair (especially on wavers). I appreciate the info on each clipper
Thanks brother I was having to get another clipper because my philips norelco is acting up...I have the little AXE and it's time for a new one...Thanks again and great video!!!
Been cutting my 3 sons and husband since the pandemic started. Looking to invest in better more professional clippers and trimmers. Which are best for fading? Any suggestion for trimmers?
I sold my Babyliss set because they didn’t get that first balding guideline out like my Wahl designers. I like the smoothness of the Babyliss clippers but my Wahl do it all.
Im a young barber and i started with wahl and i am still happy with it, the only thing i strughled with is wich wahl is the best, my personal favorite is the magic clip, i know that the magic has the best motor so you can go trough thick hair and that the balding and the legend can go shorter, but the magic feels si good in my hand, also bevause of the weight. Really nice video Love from belgium
Masters are my fav you just gotta get used to the longer blade, seniors take off hair the fastest, babyliss are good for softer blends and taking out skin lines cus of the lever but the taper blade only, I seen u struggle with that fade blade in your videos and that’s what made me stay away from it but the taper blade works great, diffrent clippers do diffrent things but the master got it for me, gonna cop a second one soon
I’m looking to get the Seniors eventually as I’m just starting out. Never really thought to get the Babyliss as I’ve heard some mixed reviews. The masters are on for the future but I started with a cordless Super Taper and I’ll graduate to the Seniors soon 👌🏾
@@alejandrowilliams5073 since this comment I’ve invested in both the Black Fx and the Seniors (with a ceramic blade). In my honest opinion the more hair you cut the more you realise why you need multiple clippers. The seniors are my go to since they’re powerful and I tend to deal with more coarser hair textures rather than European/straighter hair. I start with the seniors with the taper blade for de-bulking and I then use the Babyliss Fx for the fading process as it has the notch system which just works easier, but also the fade blade tends to give a better blend with less effort. Not to mention removing the bottom line using the Babyliss is easier in my opinion. However, that’s just how I’m comfortable operating, you’ll eventually find what works for you and when you do just stick with it bro. Hope this helps.
I’m 12 and trying for find some clipper for the bold line it’s so hard to fade it in like all the rest is not that hard but I still need practice but I have no idea how to fade the bold line

Andis, seniors then babyliss. Babyliss power isn’t there you can feel it on the cuts. Seniors feel the best in the hand but overall my opinion is andis

To be honest not really.. i will say the first to get hot will be the seniors but none of them get hot quickly usually takes a while for any of them to heat up!
For me whal balding clippers of set right they can hit like liners....I've been cutting hair for about 8 years and they have been great a save you from buying new blades for your liners also since debulking with your liners can dull them out
Cordless masters all day. They blend so easy and its so powerful. You can skip guards and do a lot of detail work with just the blade open. Only bad thing about them is they a little loud but thats it.

For someone who wants to learn how to cut their own hair. You recommend the walk seniors and what else for shape up/line up or in general ?
@@AA-xh3yi definitely the Andis T-Outliners
Seniors are trash, way too heavy feel like your holding a brick they’re even heavier than the babyliss

With the masters start your guideline with the level halfway instead of open all the way then blend from the half to zero.
I went to the Senior for the cordless, but I been picking up my cordless Masters more and more. The Masters just made it come out crazy blurry much faster.

Andis Masters built for WAR! I need the cordless ones.
It is a tank!
Thank you I’m starting to cut my boys hair and I had no idea which clippers to grab.. ver informational video. Very appreciated brotha
Wahl Seniors all day!💯 I just wish the Wahl’s had a light indicator like Andis though 🤷🏽♂️
If you ask me the andis masters are definitely a must if you set the blades right on them then I got the babyliss pro gold and sliver
