Idk about this pair nicole and lin, and if they were actually off form in this particular match, but with this game they clearly were not a match for pearly-thinaah. Their level of play was well below the malaysian pair, and it would have been a big disappointment if pearly-thinaah had lost to them here because that would've meant the malaysians were playing really horrendously badly
Pearly and Thinaah make some unforced errors. This has to be rectified before marching into the next round

Should have won the game straightforward and get more rest. Almost the same case that happen to JunHao , except JunHao lost the match. Leading by 1 point and ended up losing the set is fine , but leading by 4 points and ended up losing the set is something that they need to look at.

Pearly /THINAAH really need train more on attack stability , many time attack miss , defense was good, just attack not stable, Olympics that time also

Yes, Pearly tends to experiment a lot. The is no urgency to be serious when facing the lower ranked. After losing the set only she change the approach, if the opponent is better they might have lost the game.

You lot are unbelievable. They both try their best. To claim that Pearly Tan plays to put on a show is such a stupid comment. She takes risks. Her play is less predictable and quite often catches the opponents by surprise, thus winning them points. Don't watch it if it upsets you so much. Many love watching them play, especially Pearly Tan.
