David Yates, you made my day. When I started trying to improve my digeridoo playing like 6 years ago, there were not too many tutorials on RUclips, so I learned my first rhythms with you. Sometimes I got really frustrated because my skills & my Didge were not good enough, but through your humbold and nice way of teaching you always made me try again. When I found Dubravko Lapaine music, I was absolutley stunned what is possible playing didgeridoo. And when I found out about Aircode playing I got even more excited, just that I couldn´t link the missing piece together as you did. Yesterday when I watched the video it just made "click", I couldn´t believe it. I love the fact so much, that you, as well student of Dubravko, found and explained the missing piece in a way, that worked for me!! I really felt some cirlce closing there, after all this years and I thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge! May the universe bless you, you are a amazing teacher!!
I love the feeling of a break through I totally get that basically my to big brake through was breathing while playing or some say circular breathing. But as an aboriginal man in Australia to watch you fellas trying for years things I naturally can do in 10 mins max and just listening to you fella playing is cool that our music instrument have a new life but as a traditional aboriginal man I can help but laugh at the laungues you fellas have made up sorry it's just funny 😁
My breathing on didge is really improving by playing with these different techniques. One cue that might help some players is "breathe from the belly" rather than breath into the belly. By doing the former I am now almost unaware of the nose working at all. I reckon I learnt this from Didge Mama who emphasises using the belly as a pump, just relax the chest and pump the belly. Circular breathing then just happens. For me this is almost the same as bounce breathing.
I would like one day to welcome students in masterclass in didgeridoo, I have the necessary place to accommodate up to 12 people here at home, designed (with my boyfriend deceased 3 years ago) with the aim of organizing masterclasses in music, theater, etc., at the top Beaujolais not far from Lyon in France, if only I knew teachers to help me in this way... This summer I hosted a group of theatrics and painters so why not didgeridoo ! I'm still trying learning but not enough....i'm going to buy an eucalyptus one (130-140) Well Thanks a lot for your device, your sharing, very kind .🙏🌈🥰
hello. Very very nice introduction to the air bubbles. Thank you. On time 32:45 to 33:00 you also add a voice that makes it sound a lot like dubravko's playing. Very cool. How do you do that? I have a lot to work on now... Thanks again.
What are you thoughts on playing with the side of your mouth instead of straight head on? Also how do you find good reputable makers or online sellers for a reasonable price? Looking to buy my 2nd didge upgrading from pvc didge

Hello Mr. Yates, hope you're doing fairly well. Do have any experience with negative pressure breathing?
What is that little copper looking thingy? Didg?
