Loving these video series and blessed to have learned about Rev Ike 🙌🏾 Serious question though, in order to implement and apply his teachings, what if you cannot visualize? The visualization treatment he speaks of requires someone who has that visual ability to form images within the mind’s eye - aphantasiacs unfortunately don’t have the capability.
Yes, if someone has aphantasia they will not be able to visualize. There are also those who have what I call "visualization ADHD" where they can visualize, but they lose focus easily and cannot maintain the desired visualization. But there are ways to adapt, which include putting more work into affirmations, creating vision boards, and utilizing experiences - either personal or second-hand. Affirmations are a pillar of Rev. Ike's teachings. If you cannot visualize, you need to pour that energy into daily (even multiple times a day) positive affirmations. Not just saying them out loud, but also writing them out. Pairing physical action with the affirmation's intent will help embed it in your subconscious mind. Vision boards are great for creating a physical representation of what you cannot visualize. You can search Google for thousands of examples, but basically, it's posterboard with images of what you desire to be, to do, and to have. Keep it somewhere you can see it during your day. The process of creating it (looking for the images that represent what you want) and studying it throughout the day, will work as your mind's eye. Experiences. Try to immerse yourself in the world you want to be in. Want to be wealthy? Go to stores that sell luxury items and browse. Want a career in a specific field? Go someplace where you can observe them at work. If you cannot physically be there, find movies and shows that represent what you want - but turn the sound off. There are a ton of shows about the lives of the glamorous and rich, but you don’t want to attract the drama that goes with it. So, if you want to be strong and healthy, keep a sports channel on as you go about your day; even if it's in your peripheral vision, your subconscious will grab it. We hope this helps for those who can't, or have trouble, visualizing!

We find that for most people, subliminal messages are not as effective as affirmations and visualizations since studies have shown that the messages tend to last for only a short duration in the subconscious, and that a lot of minds are just not open to receive them.
