how do you ride the scooters?
They push or sit on and move cone behind you
I can't picture riding the scooter with a cone. Doesn't seem like there'd be enough room for a student and a cone on that 16x16 area.Another idea (untested) might be to use a second link able scooter as a "trunk" area, to store your cone cargo.
