I bought a freezedring machine from Harvest Right. Since last year, In Canada, we have problem with the company. I placed an order in November 23 and they didn’t send me my order yet. It is not possible to talk to someone, you can just email them. I am very disappointed with the company.
Oh my…… that’s frustrating! We ordered ours in January and didn’t get it until late August. Their turn around is slow (due to having to make the machines) but we were able to call and talk to them and email them multiple times and had no issues with that. They were very helpful for us.
