IS THE 40 HOUR WORK WEEK DEAD? THE Great Resignation & Why so many people are quitting their jobs!

It has become clear that post pandemic, the 40 hour work week is no longer an effective system. Since this isn't working, rethinking how much we work and the structure of the "9-5" is critical.
In August 2021, it was reported that over 4 million Americans quit their job during a move called The Great Resignation. In this video, we explore how the pandemic and the coronavirus aided this phenomenon ! We also talk about office vs work from home structure and the mental repercussions this may have.
