Salaam Alaikum wrb. My favorite pleace is to eat with the Poor People. There you will find the blessings. You will see the hard working People and the kindness of them.
Baraka Allah fik for this video :) I wish you could target the places in the description I was having problem to search on Google maps the Gates you mentioned and the Sook
There’s reasonably priced food in Zaitoon, 2nd floor of Taiba shopping centre. On the north side of masjid Nabawi there are Islamabad restaurant, Pakistani Lahore restaurant and AlFaris takeaway. Also, if you go to Masjid Bilal, you will find some options there.
Could you by any chance show the fast food options near the main gates? Also are you allowed to bring food into masjid e nabawi for Iftar? Your reply is very Much appreciated as I’ll be visiting very soon In’sha’allah
Find Masjid door no. 21. Exit the large gate in front of it. You will see shops on both sides. I have seen KFC on the left. I’m sure there’s more. Yes, you can bring food with you for Iftar to both Masjid al Nabawi and Masjid al Haram. No problem at all. However, some food is served there every day. What you will get depends on what’s being served in what part of the masjid. Please keep me and my family in your Duas while you are there.
I usually just walk towards to those restaurants knowing the general layout of the area. So, I was not sure of any particular address. But I believe the following address will take you in that direction: FJG6+CVP Bengali market Restaurant & hotel, Al Masani, Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah 42313, Saudi Arabia. Remember, if you search the route from Masjid Al Nabawi to the above address on Google Maps right now, you might see a longer walk (32 min). That’s because the map shows you the route from the other side of the Masjid. However, if you search the route from Baab Malik Fahd (King Fahd gate / door no. 20, 21, 22) or from a Hotel on that side, it will show you 14 min walk.

To the best of my knowledge, most of the information I provided regarding Umrah still remains relevant for 2025. I am going there again in January In Sha Allah. If I find any of the previous information to be outdated, I will change the title of the previous video and post new updates.
Asalamualaikum great reviews! Could I please ask a few questions: 1. If landing in Jeddah Airport where do I buy a Saudi Sim and which network? Also what’s best package to buy if there for 10 nights Makkah 6, medina 4 2. Is it better to exchange pounds in Saudi? Also where? Shall we take £50 notes is it easier? 3. Travelling to medina from Makkah any suggestions of Taxi? 2 adults, 2 children with luggage. Do the Taxi’s take breaks to read namaz and any places to stop on the way to see?
@Abkhal, Walaikum Salam, 1. Mobily might give you some bundles under 100 SAR. You can buy SIM cards at the airport, or in Makkah. You don’t have to agree to a bundle they want to sell you. I like to buy a SIM card with 100 SAR top up / balance, and then dial the *number# (provided on the card in the packet) to see the available options on screen. Then I can choose what works for me. The cost of the bundle gets deducted from the balance I bought. 2. For money exchange, please see my episode 27. 3. I have the phone numbers of some taxi drivers which I can provide but I am not necessarily recommending them. You have to judge for yourself and decide. With regard to stopping on the way, once you hire a taxi, the driver will stop if you want to stop. Usually stopping just to pray is not a problem. The drivers also need to pray. But if you want to stop at a different site to visit (for example, the grave of Mother of the Believers Maymuna (R) or Masjid Aisha / Tan’eem) then agree it beforehand and negotiate a total price. Makkah to Madinah is usually around 550 SAR. If you want to stop to visit sites on the way, they might ask for a bit more. But again, negotiate and agree the total before the journey.

On that trip, I stayed at Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick
How's the taste of Bangladeshi food there? Talking about authenticity. In sha Allah, will go there some day.
I’d say the food tastes authentic enough. May Allah grant us the ability to keep frequenting His house.
