Neemias Queta's basketball journey has taught him how important the grind is to sustaining success in the league. From his younger days watching his older sister practice, to playing at Utah State and eventually reaching the NBA, Neemy grinds daily to become a disruptor and make a huge impact whenever he's entering the game.

Neemias Queta is in his third year in the NBA, in the first two years he represented the Kings and now he is with the Celtics. In three years, both teams did not give him due value. In Sacramento he spent more time in the G-League, where he was, without a doubt, one of the best (and even without playing almost a single minute in his first year, he was the most voted of the Kings to go to the All-Star). And in Boston he has had few opportunities and when he has them he shows that he is better than some.
Big Man 88 was chosen in the 2021 Draft and never played as a starter and I know he is one of those who deserves it most. He was recently highlighted as one of the best regional players in the college league (just like kawhi).
Anyway, I believe that a team will give him the value he deserves, especially because many teams need a player like him.

If everyone is healthy Q won’t play a minute in the playoffs unless it’s garbage time. Even then I doubt it. He’s an athletic powerhouse with slow reads, hence we got Tillman.
Boston is rarely patient with young bigs. Both Williams did great for us, and Boston still shipped them off. Queta Seems like a nice dude, but nice guys don’t get play time unless they can shoot 3’s or guard elite bigs. They should have tested him against Jokic that could have been his opportunity to have a purpose in the playoffs. He could be great one day, but I doubt he’ll ever find out if he stays in Boston.
KP, Kornet, Horford, and Tillman, takes 4 roster spots, are they really gonna use another for a fifth big?

No way man. Tillman is a pro. Queta is still raw. He really should be in Maine getting more minutes there
@@80sbaby___baby70 yeah but effective-wise Queta is more productive - P&R roller, better rebounder, lob threat and block. Tillman plays like Grant, a small center.
@@gottabedarylno bad bad bad take Tillman is a full NBA player could potentially start for a team due to his post effectiveness and his outstanding D like the other person said Quetta is a work in progress although he played okay in his limited minutes this year Tillman has far exceeded that in his even more limited minutes
For example Tillman was guarding lebron last year in the playoffs and doing a good job at it Quetta wouldn’t be doing that maybe in a year or two if he continues to improve
