Thank you 😊, have you finished planting the Saffron and the sunflowers yet?
How is your summer over there? Have you harvested any tomatoes yet?

@@liensgarden301 the sun flowers are done, the ones I planted earlier are about 6 inches tall should reach 10 ft. Still have a few more saffron corms to dig up. Hard to harvest tomatoes when I haven't planted them yet 🙃🤗 I'd best get that done now. The summer has arrived no rain for the fore see able future. Highs in the 80s 90s F°

@@oddball-z wow you will have a lot of sun flowers in the coming months.
Do you harvest the seeds? Or just grow for the beauty?
Sounds like quite warm weather where you live, hope you will have some rain too.

@@liensgarden301 I will harvest some and leave some for the birds, which help with the insect population.

Beautiful roses! Such a shame my Munstead Wood's petals can't survive the summer heat here in the tropics 🥹

Yes, the bloom gets burnt so quickly if you have high temperatures.
I remember a few years ago we had a quite hot summer( it was 38 degrees Celsius), the bloom turned crisp.
      Thank you for watching 🙂

Love your roses. Where are you located? I am in PA, USA zone 6 and my Munstead Wood is the worst looking rose in my garden. My other David Austin roses are growing fairly well but Munstead Wood is struggling with black spot disease. I will try and keep him going and hope next year will be better.

      Thank you.
I live in Canberra Australia zone 9 A.
Sorry to hear that yours is struggling, mine does a little black spots we have too much rain and humidity otherwise it is pretty healthy.
I bought another one as barooted few weeks ago, I hope the new one will grow well too.
I will keep it the area that has shade in the afternoon so hopefully the blooms will last longer.
Hope yours will do better this year, thank you for stopping by to say hello to me.

@@liensgarden301 The only roses we have are very old peony roses. They are over eighty years old and come back strong every year with little or no care.

@@nicholasryan5401 I love Peony, some of mine are really bloomers, but some are still quite small and they are herbaceous peony so they take a little longer to establish.
