God has called me out due to the unscriptural nature of these movements. It is NOT SCRIPTURAL to speak in tongues as you have. Lord I pray you’ll show this son on yours biblical truth. God didn’t call you out, you called yourself out because of your lack of understanding. There is a difference between speaking in tongues to relay a message to the church that needs interpretation vs praying in tongues to communicate to God. 1 Corinthians 14:2 2 For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to people but to God. Indeed, no one understands them; they utter mysteries by the Spirit. There was 120 people all in the upper room praying in tongues. They didn’t need an interpreter because they were all praying together to God, not releasing a message to anyone because they were all in one room praying. You must know this difference. There are a diversity of tongues and different tongues for different purposes. Study scripture in context. Romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
