There isn't a Best/worst main. It all depends on your playstyle to use what ur more comfortable with. if you like distracting or surviving go for pebble if you like supporting go for astro If you like doing machines go for vee If you like playing as a generalist go for shelly
@@hiro_officalI’d say Shelly, Vee is the other extracting choice but she walks slower and has lower stealth so you have to play more carefully, which makes Shelly more comfortable to play in my opinion.

Pebble is alredy a good survivor thanks to his abilities, and good trinkets can make him a good balance for both a survivor and a extractor. I use Magnifying Glass and Participation Award, which makes his extraction speed similar to a 4 stat extraction speed toon. (You still can outwalk most of the twisteds thanks to your base speed stat, so you can be both an extractor or distractor). Just a silly build i created as i don't like the Distractor/Kiter gameplay c:
@@Torixies even with all that, he's not the best for solo runs since blackouts are a thing, so brightney or vee have a huge advantage on that. Still a good build to play in duos or more people.
2:08 i have a solution to your problem, i really hope this helps. when you are at two hearts be a distracter, when you are at 1 be a survivalist. the creators said pebble is a survivalist but i think you should be a survivalist when you are at one heart and be a distracter at 2. it is kinda like RnD, on certain floors be a distracter, on other floors be a Machrusher! hope this helps.

As a Astro Fan I get it ngl bc Astro's ability is kinda mid it's only good for restoring stamina although I don't like chatting that much and no one really tells me to give them stamina I'ma give an idea for a small buff for his ability While using Naptime he gets a 10% speed buff for 3 seconds! It's good for escaping twisteds! Ik it may be useless but that's just my idea Another idea for Astros ability While using Naptime you slow down twisteds slowing down twisteds might work actually bc he is quite sleepy - Anyways that's just my opinion and idea for the abilities And I don't disagree with your opinion I like your opinion actually! Also adding onto Astro. Every single Astro player who I've played with (in public servers) uses their ability at the END of the floor when everyone is ALREADY IN THE ELEVATOR AND WILL BE ABLE TO REGEN TO FULL
In my opinion Shelly is first instead of Vee because while Vee’s abilities are op, Shelly is better at more things because she’s nice with extraction, (especially with participation award and magnifying glass) she can support, and if even just two machines are completed in a row then she’s so fast. Vee has two star movement speed and stealth which is definitely to balance her but it makes her harder to play and brings it down so much.
I think i can get good with Vee if i get her, if i have good trinkets, like magnifying glass or participation award or maybe something that can fix the negatives in Vee, i was planning to make Pebble my first main Toon since of speed, though, i don't know which to pick.
participation award is only any good with shelly. blue bandana + mag glass is better for vee. there's really no way to 'fix' her stats, just gotta deal with the low stealth n speed. speed trinkets can boost her to 3 star speed but it's not worth it imo
@@clvnoi disagree, her extraction is already very good so foregoing just one of her trinket slots to movement speed with something like pink bow won't hurt as much as it helps. Mag glass and pink bow is the best loadout imo, i use rodger with this set and it definetly works. rodger and vee have fairly similar stats so i assume it alsow works with vee
@@OneSpicyLoaf eh. 7.5% of vee's already low speed is not worth the lost extraction here. instead of trying to remedy vee's speed, play into her niche. otherwise, just use another toon more fit for your playstyle. obviously, if you're playing rodger, it doesn't really matter since you're just there for the research. but if you're maining vee, you want to get the most use out of her stats. especially when playing with a competent, organized group. if you really need a toon with higher survivability, just use shelly. her extraction is just as fast as vees with the right trinkets. if you can't bear to get jumpscared by a corner goob, then don't bother with mag glass. go full speed loadout and boost her to 3 star movement. choosing an extraction trinket with a movement trinket just means you're getting less value out of each.
Pebble is actually a survivalist! His play style is meant to be a survivalist which is why his passive ability is like that, however most people think hes a distractor because of speed. It all depends how you wanna play him though! Im trying to get him to be a distractor, but also because i really want to get main research and his acvite ability helps with that:D
I play pebble and shelly a lot but the thing about pebble is his ability isn’t always that useful- because sure sometimes his ability can contribute to the team by sniffing out heals but it’s just not as fun as the other mains ability in my opinion.

And playing as him is SOO boring😭 (srry astro mains) 4th place: Pebble🪨 I like Pebble, but im more into extractors than distractors(i SUUUCKK distracting, my wifi knows!!!) I think sprout would be the best cause it is a literal free heal u can get in 4 floors if u tried and u can keep ur team alive for a lot longer if they don’t suck
actually someone said that pebbles actual role is survivalist, said by the dev and multiple other people, which is why his abillity makes literal 0 sense for a distractor, which makes pebble pretty annoying and bad, but ig u could use him as a distractor, its just would not be the most affective

Astros ability is mroe important then shellys ngl, bc shellys is just an extraction buff and stamina regeneration just helps them get away from twisteds if someone has no stamina
yo so does skill check limit the amount of percentage you have to click or does it actually impact the amount you go up when you do press it or is it a combo of both cause if its the first one I might not want percentage to be wasted on skill check.
I think Shelly should be over vee. Vee interrupts kiters because of her low stealth and is kinda mid in solo play. With the right trinkets Shelly has really good extraction speed and can even help her teammates with low extraction extract. If vee had 3 star movement speed instead of 3 star stamina she would’ve been better imo.
I love thsi vid but I think it depends on your _PLAYSTYLE_ because of how u feel for an _EXAMPLE_ if you love to _EXTRACT_ then vee would be the best for u and if u love to _DISTRACT_ pebble would be good you get what I mean?
as someone who played and mastered 3/4 mains, last one being almost done, id like to say pebble would be last because you’d have to rely on others by a whole lot pebbles ability is one of the most lackluster and boring ones I’ve ever used and “ITEM” isn’t very helpful in terms of how helpful it is with his 5 speed it’s incredibly hard to keep aggro on you and that’s also with 3 stealth, and his passive increases it to 4 so you aren’t very helpful at all 1 extraction speed isn’t good and most pebble users use veemote instead of pink bow so it’s unlikely that you’ll be distracting twisted pebble successfully shelly astro and vee imo are on par with each other and can be STRONGER with communication because they’re all strong in their own classes because vee is an extractor, astro is a chase support, and shelly is an extraction support think of this, vee provides information so you can see what twisteds there are, lots of times you can evade twisteds when doing a machine, going to a machine, going to the elevator, and blackouts astro can regenerate stamina faster to get to the the toon needing help quicker, and with 5 stealth he doesn’t have to interfere with chase or he can bring twisteds to distractors, and with the new global hit sound/seeing a common twisted advance on a toon you can help them a lot easier shelly can boost extraction and then use her skillchecks to finish her machine, then use her passive to quickly get onto another machine so imo, pebble would be last and then the rest are good
I agree! Whenever I play with a Vee and use Astro, I usually follow them around Incase they might need some stamina. I have actually saved so many people with the ability and it is very good against twisted Astro.
In my opinion❤(this is after sprout update) 5:Astro. It’s because his abilities aren’t as good as others but his stats are ok. 4:Shelly. It’s because her abilities are a tiny bit better than astros and her stats are good 3/2:Vee & Pebble. You see pebble is a really good distracter and his speed just hits different. His ability suits him and his stats LITTERLY ARE MEANT 4 HIM. Vee is really good cause of her extraction speed and skill check.Her abilities provide useful info like said in the vid and she is meant for extracting. 1:Sprout. I choose sprout as 1 because he is good for every role. He can distract cause of his speed and stamina. He can extract but his speed is 2:/ AND HIS ABILITY IS SUPPORTIVE AND SO USEFUL. Anyways pls no hate❤
Pebbles easily for me, all the others have replacements. But no other toon can kite twisted pebbles besides RnD and that’s a coin flip. Without pebbles twisted pebbles is usually a big game changer for a run.
I agree with you on everything accept the Shelly being 2nd and Vee being 1st, because first of all Shelly can do machines also very quickly with 5 stars in skill check and 3 stars in extraction speed, but She also has the speed which she gets very machine completed which is good since Shelly’s speed is only 3 stars, Shelly’s Ability can also be very useful but don’t get me Wring Vee’s Ability is also op, also Vee’s speed and stealth is not very good being only 2 stars, but Shelly has 3 stars in both and her passive makes her even faster, so I respect your opinion but I believe Shelly should’ve been first (I am yapping yapster btw)
Was really starting to back down on getting Vee, but after surviving 8 floors by myself as Rodger, I now have the determination. (Idc if 8 floors ain’t a lot, it was hella scary playing as Rodger by myself) UPDATE: I got and mastered Vee
Pebble speed can fuck up distraction tho, i main all main characters and i had many problems with waiting twisteds come so i dont lose aggro on them Too bad my goob experience fucked up my pebble experience
I’m going for Vee and Rodger is my most played character (I got a floor record with him) so I think I’ll be fine (btw Rodger has the same speed as Vee)
I think using Tisha and Rodger can really help with practicing to use vee as they both have pretty low stamina with Rodger being the worst solely because of his movement speed I think vee could be pretty easy to play with for me

For me, Shelly is a great extractor like Vee, with the right trinkets like part award and magnifying glass, she is like vee. I'd say Vee is a S tier but below Shelly, because movement speed is crucial and also having 2 star stealth brings her survivability down which disrupts distractors (flutter, goob if not careful enough, pebble (ability on cd), sprout, rnd on odd floors and tisha), which is why I think Shelly is a better main than Vee. Also Shelly's 2 star stamina is not a big of a deal with her passive it could be countered and since box o chocolate has been added, other toons can survive even more. Since 5 box o chocolate use equal to 300 stamina (for 2 star stamina toons) with also speed boost, Toons can escape Pebble easily unless it ran out. Vee's ability is good too, with a light source but then again she has 2 stealth, so she would be mostly seen by the twisteds in a blackout. But this all can be dodged using her ability.
DİSTRACTOR (SPEED): Pebble MACHRUSTOR + SUPPORT (MACHİNİST/ machine+twisted location teller): Vee SUPPORT(For extraction):Shelly SUPPORT(For stamina):Astro Vee is best but i personally prefer Pebble

I will never accept vee to be the best main , her stealth and speed sucks so much that shelly just outclassed her so much I agree with astro being last and i think pebble is on tie with vee
in terms of stats, yes, shelly is much better. as with the participation award trinket her extraction is about as fast as vee's. but vee's abilities are honestly way too useful in long runs and during blackouts. no one likes being jumpscared by a random corner goob. and finding the last machine out of 10 on a blackout floor is pain.

Imo, Astro might be best character in the game Ruining thermos with him, and learning how to conserve your stamina along with using your stealth you can become almost untouchable while playing him You can also be a pseudo distractor as him, as his stamina regen with thermos is so high he can switch between short bursts of running and walking and maintain very good stamina, I had to do a small amount of distracting as our pebble afked and I cooked ngl (it was just poppy and boxten) Also imo, Vee kinda sucks Her abilities? Love em, they are so dang useful but I have literally never seen a Vee make it past floor 10 due to her awful movement speed and trash stealth, not only that but she’s probably the hardest character in the game to get as out of all the mains, vees are the hardest as brightney is a hard character to master due to her stealth and you go thru all that for basically an upgraded version of her, that doesn’t fix her problems of stealth Shelly and pebble are great, I love distracting as pebble and Shelly seems incredibly fun to use but I don’t rlly have much to say for them

I think that vee is not the best because if you’re boxten and you’re in a run with 8 people, your extraction speed is pretty much the exact same thing. The only reason that i think vee is better then Astro and pebble is because of her abilities.
Astro is the best support, also shelly has the the worst ability, like the passive, finn is better, and the actyive, its ass, u have to get 4250 ichors and complete shelly research and also master the most annoying character, tisha. @@MoonieLover2020 The best main toon for solos (and overall) is definitely Vee. While it may seem slow, the extractions makes up for it as you can easily get through floors (quickly). However, it does require a lot of skill. Overall, I think most of the mains are all just support. So if u don't really do much squads, I recommend other normal toons...

Well..this is kinda outdated now that the new update dropped! I’ll be making another video most likely ranking the 4 new toons on how good they are, as for if this list changes at all I’m really torn on the pebble placement. I still believe that Astro is last on the list but the next 3 honestly can be mixed around a LOT… also to everyone saying pebble was a survivalist I have bad news for you! Broke out laughing when I saw the rework bc of these players who try to use pebble as a survivalist 😭

@@hiro_officalI’d say Shelly, Vee is the other extracting choice but she walks slower and has lower stealth so you have to play more carefully, which makes Shelly more comfortable to play in my opinion.

Pebble is alredy a good survivor thanks to his abilities, and good trinkets can make him a good balance for both a survivor and a extractor.
I use Magnifying Glass and Participation Award, which makes his extraction speed similar to a 4 stat extraction speed toon.
(You still can outwalk most of the twisteds thanks to your base speed stat, so you can be both an extractor or distractor).

when you are at two hearts be a distracter, when you are at 1 be a survivalist. the creators said pebble is a survivalist but i think you should be a survivalist when you are at one heart and be a distracter at 2. it is kinda like RnD, on certain floors be a distracter, on other floors be a Machrusher! hope this helps.

In my opinion Shelly is first instead of Vee because while Vee’s abilities are op, Shelly is better at more things because she’s nice with extraction, (especially with participation award and magnifying glass) she can support, and if even just two machines are completed in a row then she’s so fast. Vee has two star movement speed and stealth which is definitely to balance her but it makes her harder to play and brings it down so much.

I think i can get good with Vee if i get her, if i have good trinkets, like magnifying glass or participation award or maybe something that can fix the negatives in Vee, i was planning to make Pebble my first main Toon since of speed, though, i don't know which to pick.
participation award is only any good with shelly. blue bandana + mag glass is better for vee. there's really no way to 'fix' her stats, just gotta deal with the low stealth n speed. speed trinkets can boost her to 3 star speed but it's not worth it imo
speed trinkets for vee if you wanna live for more than 10-15 floors

Mag glass and pink bow is the best loadout imo, i use rodger with this set and it definetly works. rodger and vee have fairly similar stats so i assume it alsow works with vee
@@OneSpicyLoaf eh. 7.5% of vee's already low speed is not worth the lost extraction here. instead of trying to remedy vee's speed, play into her niche. otherwise, just use another toon more fit for your playstyle.
obviously, if you're playing rodger, it doesn't really matter since you're just there for the research. but if you're maining vee, you want to get the most use out of her stats. especially when playing with a competent, organized group.
if you really need a toon with higher survivability, just use shelly. her extraction is just as fast as vees with the right trinkets. if you can't bear to get jumpscared by a corner goob, then don't bother with mag glass. go full speed loadout and boost her to 3 star movement.
choosing an extraction trinket with a movement trinket just means you're getting less value out of each.

Pebble is actually a survivalist! His play style is meant to be a survivalist which is why his passive ability is like that, however most people think hes a distractor because of speed. It all depends how you wanna play him though! Im trying to get him to be a distractor, but also because i really want to get main research and his acvite ability helps with that:D
I play pebble and shelly a lot but the thing about pebble is his ability isn’t always that useful- because sure sometimes his ability can contribute to the team by sniffing out heals but it’s just not as fun as the other mains ability in my opinion.
They changed it to make him more of a distractor in the new update, u may not see this but what do you think abt it?

I think Shelly should be over vee. Vee interrupts kiters because of her low stealth and is kinda mid in solo play. With the right trinkets Shelly has really good extraction speed and can even help her teammates with low extraction extract. If vee had 3 star movement speed instead of 3 star stamina she would’ve been better imo.

as someone who played and mastered 3/4 mains, last one being almost done, id like to say pebble would be last because you’d have to rely on others by a whole lot
pebbles ability is one of the most lackluster and boring ones I’ve ever used and “ITEM” isn’t very helpful in terms of how helpful it is
with his 5 speed it’s incredibly hard to keep aggro on you and that’s also with 3 stealth, and his passive increases it to 4 so you aren’t very helpful at all
1 extraction speed isn’t good and most pebble users use veemote instead of pink bow so it’s unlikely that you’ll be distracting twisted pebble successfully
shelly astro and vee imo are on par with each other and can be STRONGER with communication because they’re all strong in their own classes because vee is an extractor, astro is a chase support, and shelly is an extraction support
think of this, vee provides information so you can see what twisteds there are, lots of times you can evade twisteds when doing a machine, going to a machine, going to the elevator, and blackouts
astro can regenerate stamina faster to get to the the toon needing help quicker, and with 5 stealth he doesn’t have to interfere with chase or he can bring twisteds to distractors, and with the new global hit sound/seeing a common twisted advance on a toon you can help them a lot easier
shelly can boost extraction and then use her skillchecks to finish her machine, then use her passive to quickly get onto another machine
so imo, pebble would be last and then the rest are good

If stealth actually lowered the chances of twisteds spotting you, Astro could actually be a pretty neat survivalist.
Pebbles easily for me, all the others have replacements. But no other toon can kite twisted pebbles besides RnD and that’s a coin flip. Without pebbles twisted pebbles is usually a big game changer for a run.

I agree with you on everything accept the Shelly being 2nd and Vee being 1st, because first of all Shelly can do machines also very quickly with 5 stars in skill check and 3 stars in extraction speed, but She also has the speed which she gets very machine completed which is good since Shelly’s speed is only 3 stars, Shelly’s Ability can also be very useful but don’t get me Wring Vee’s Ability is also op, also Vee’s speed and stealth is not very good being only 2 stars, but Shelly has 3 stars in both and her passive makes her even faster, so I respect your opinion but I believe Shelly should’ve been first (I am yapping yapster btw)

I think using Tisha and Rodger can really help with practicing to use vee as they both have pretty low stamina with Rodger being the worst solely because of his movement speed I think vee could be pretty easy to play with for me

For me, Shelly is a great extractor like Vee, with the right trinkets like part award and magnifying glass, she is like vee. I'd say Vee is a S tier but below Shelly, because movement speed is crucial and also having 2 star stealth brings her survivability down which disrupts distractors (flutter, goob if not careful enough, pebble (ability on cd), sprout, rnd on odd floors and tisha), which is why I think Shelly is a better main than Vee. Also Shelly's 2 star stamina is not a big of a deal with her passive it could be countered and since box o chocolate has been added, other toons can survive even more. Since 5 box o chocolate use equal to 300 stamina (for 2 star stamina toons) with also speed boost, Toons can escape Pebble easily unless it ran out. Vee's ability is good too, with a light source but then again she has 2 stealth, so she would be mostly seen by the twisteds in a blackout. But this all can be dodged using her ability.

Imo, Astro might be best character in the game
Ruining thermos with him, and learning how to conserve your stamina along with using your stealth you can become almost untouchable while playing him
You can also be a pseudo distractor as him, as his stamina regen with thermos is so high he can switch between short bursts of running and walking and maintain very good stamina, I had to do a small amount of distracting as our pebble afked and I cooked ngl (it was just poppy and boxten)

Love em, they are so dang useful but I have literally never seen a Vee make it past floor 10 due to her awful movement speed and trash stealth, not only that but she’s probably the hardest character in the game to get as out of all the mains, vees are the hardest as brightney is a hard character to master due to her stealth and you go thru all that for basically an upgraded version of her, that doesn’t fix her problems of stealth

I do understand pebble’s ranking, but he is one of the easiest mains to get, and can also be a distractor AND a survivalist, with the dog plush, he can outwalk basically all the twisteds (besides from pebbles), but i do understand that the passive sucks
Tbh, i was gonna buy astro because he does not have any toon masterie requirement, but this tierlist made me want to buy shelly or vee

I really think pebble is better than Shelly idk Shelly is nit my type same with vee and Astro they all look kinda mid- Astro is just well the only thing i think is special for him is well two arms but that is so BASIC- vee is just vox. And Shelly looks kinda um well her head needs work- and pebble for me looks perfect he is the only pet and people barley care about that. He is so special for me because a lot of people like him in the fandom but they don’t pay much stuff to him it’s kinda like me 😃 pebble with extraction you may say “IS BAD IT SUCKS-“ WHY DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE VEE ROMOTE AND ARE DISTRACTING?! Every toon has a flaw. Pebble I think is well balanced and I feel like the other mains are overrated, with that said pebble is mostly distracting you may say “GOOB IS BETTER THAN OEBBLE” no he is not. Goob is a distractor for the most part. And pebble beats him at that, goob is kinda well based out but not that much, I like scraps more. People may say “HE HAS TWO HEARTS-“ all mains do. WHO can escape in a corner? Pebble can. Astro might, Shelly might, vee might, pebble can. You may call be stupid for this but who cares after all I’m a human and I like pebble. Also people mostly like vee and astro. People tend to put the toons they like more higher. This is super long but this is not as much as I like pebble. I love pebble for his eyes and everything. I just feel like goob is a pebble ripoff+ the player grabpack from poppy playtime. Now you might say how vee can find twisteds and that is way better and Shelly can boost but ain’t this game about living for as long as you can? Not boosting others? Exactly. My rant may not make sense but I wanna defend pebble. And so I will. Pebble will come in cutch and save you chasing wise. Pebble is faster than the others too if they were trapped in the corner with one heart. WHO would most likely win based off speed to get away? Pebble. They each have their own stuff sure but I just think pebble is better, he is the only main toon with 1 star, and that is in extraction, and plus this is multiplayer I think with pebble the game gets way more easy. And you may say “ITS RIDICULOUS HOW MUCH TIME YOU HAVE TO SPEND TO GET PEBBLE-“ their is more time spent getting those over rated shell, vox, and sleepy alien thing. I might be a bit too harsh on the other main toons but I never liked em that much- sorry not sorry- pebble is like the only pet he is special and people don’t like that I guess cuz I only saw 2 memes based off him and only based off him. Like seriously y’all be doing memes of a ugly greedy flower with a bald spot and basically has no clothes- like come on you could do better- those memes are good and all but I would enjoy pebble more- I really don’t get why people basically don’t care about the pet like characters and focus on the human like ones- and ya I think that’s all- oh wait let me rate the mains 0-10. I think that vee is not the best because if you’re boxten and you’re in a run with 8 people, your extraction speed is pretty much the exact same thing. The only reason that i think vee is better then Astro and pebble is because of her abilities.
Boxten only works well with a full or almost full lobby.

@@MoonieLover2020 The best main toon for solos (and overall) is definitely Vee. While it may seem slow, the extractions makes up for it as you can easily get through floors (quickly). However, it does require a lot of skill. Overall, I think most of the mains are all just support. So if u don't really do much squads, I recommend other normal toons...
