She has me mostly carnivore now to fix my blood pressure and weight. This video was the final nail in the coffin of my happiness of ever eating large amounts of fruit again. All kidding aside, you guys have helped save my life. Thanks

By eliminating, ALL sugars and carbohydrates from my diet not only I have lost weight but bloating & gas pain are gone and have had several physical changes for the better: Tooth sensitivity has improved; joint pain, back pain etc is almost non existing; circulation is better; mood is better; body odor is non-existing; skin appearance is great; and much more....
Fruits are one the sneakiest foods out there. I ate 5 -6 servings on a daily basis all my life. Started a low-carb diet over 2 years ago and funny enough I didn't suffer from scurvy. On the contrary, every aspect of my health got better. So a few months ago I decided to add fruits again on a daily basis, not donuts just fruits within 2 - 3months Many of the symptoms I had before low carb started to come back i.e. weight gain, swollen bleeding gums, heartburn. etc. Went off the fruits and the symptoms disappeared again Dr. Berry is 100% correct on this one. Life experience is much more compelling than something written in a medical journal.
Eating fruit 5 or 6 times a day is a large amount. Once a day is fine for many people or even twice. Low carbohydrate fruits or medium carbohydrate foods in small volumes can easily be handled. People really need to be eating above grown green vegetables.
5/6 servings of fruit every day for years is too much. But it wouldn't be so much if they didn't cultivate our fruit to have such a high sugar index. The fruit we eat today is not the fruit of our ancestors. If it were, there wouldn't be a problem.
WOW! Thank You! Since my father's recent passing of diabetes I've been working at focusing on making sure I have my health together. The reality for myself is that I'm allergic to so much that I have to pay attention to what I'm eating. You have been great help for me, and those that I mention this to. 👍🏼❤️
I also wanted to inform all the people in the group. I did lose 23lbs on being on keto listening to your videos but I took in fruits along with keto diet and I lost that weight and that too in a nice way. I stopped all the junk food from the market, I gave away all the rice store and flour and pastas which I stored during covid but gave away to friends and family and now we do not have any carbs in our kitchen. Just cut the sugar from all the man made junk. Please do not juice or make smoothies but just eat raw fruit along with your keto and believe me you will be all good. Fruit is our primal food, we used to eat meat and some veggies and fruits and we were all healthy. Just remove the carbs.
Glad it 'works' for you. The fruit is still no better than a candy bar and will raise your trigycerides as much as cakes, candy bars, or donuts. I eat some fruit too; but it's not a daily staple. If your TGL is over 120 you're not doing well. It's a simple blood test.
It's better to stay away until you lose the weight and get your body fat adapted. Then you can have a handful of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries...and like a small handful. Good with a grass-fed full fat yogurt or a few on a salad...but I mostly stay away. I have a mango tree and eat a few during the season now and give the rest away. A couple of years ago I was introduced to IF via a video by Dr. Jason Fung. Shortly thereafter, I found fatty liver video by Dr. Ken Berry that got me started on a path to healing my liver...#1 culprit was cutting out the almost 2-3 daily servings of fruits (bananas and grapes mostly) in my diet. About 45 lbs later, my liver has shrunk and my kidneys are now working normally. Fruits are natures life-saving mechanism for hard times...our bodies love it and is specially adapted to process it in our liver. It's probably the main reason we love sweets. Problem is none of us have hard times anymore (and I'm talking about lean harsh winters or drought where food is scarce). Now we have year-round fruits. We just don't need it anymore.
@@billyperry7779 blueberries are about 16g per 1/4 cup. It’s as hard to stop eating blueberries at 1/4 cup as it is to only eat one red velvet cake Oreo. Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are lower but it’s still hard to keep carbs under 20g a day if you’re eating any fruit at all.
Thanks again Doc. I asked a question in your video on fiber and then here in lies the answer the my dumb question. God has definitely used you to change my life and the lives of many others. I am honored to be a year round Patreon member.
I have been carnivore for 56 days now. I bought some strawberries today. Let me just say.... The first bite was just euphoric!! 🤤😆😋 I had 3 of them, and I'll finish the batch through the week. Oh my God that sugar is just splendid after eating meat, fish, and eggs every day lol
THANK YOU DR. BERRY. Unfortunately the majority of folks who quote research studies have never studied methods of research. Research results can be skewed and still presented, not ethically, however many researchers do it.
I have a pomegranate tree and fig trees. I only eat them when I grow them. Or when I really miss fruit, I have an occasional fruit meal. But not often at all.
I watched one of your vids cautioning us about fruit sugar. So I’m limiting my fruit intake to about a handful of berries a day. Checked my my blood sugar # yesterday and it was down to 109. The lowest I could get was 119 but it always seemed to hover around in the 130s. And yes! I was eating 2 gigs a day. No more naners either. And an apple or orange when I’m on the road! And that’s it! Thank you Dr Berry!
I'm a Type 2 diabetic who loves fruit. I don't like figs. All the fruits except figs and grapefruit on your list I love. Not now. I want to reverse my Diabetes and by viewing your Channel, I'm sure there will be no problem, if I follow your Guide. Thank you so much for taking the time to advise RUclips followers with a life changing perspective.
Thanks for all this information on fruits. So much for "An apple a day keeps the Doctor away" for a no sugar diet. I also was one eating bananas for the Potassium. i am eating a few Red Raspberries off and on which are supposed to be better far as sugar levels. Learning new stuff every day from you Doctor. What would the world be without RUclips. take care.
Thank you, Thank you Dr. I started keto & intermittent fasting one month ago. I scaled down the first two weeks by making the mistake of using my husband's protein powder Kachava. I found out it had the sugars and grains I had to avoid. After I stop using the powder and watching your videos I followed all the dos and don'ts of Keto. After being 150lbs. 5,0 tall age 45 I dropped 20 lbs on my first month. I am a runner and i have tried Vegan in my 30s and worked. Yet I hit 40s and gained weight no matter how m7ch running or working out I tried. I felt pain everyday and thought this is it, is this what it's like after 40? Now I have no pain nor swelling after running or working out. Again thank you for the valuable information you and many other Dr's. You have shown in your videos privide.
Many years ago when I use to attend Weight Watchers, one person was not losing weight but was gaining. She was eating healthy - lots of fruit. The leader told her that was the problem. Eating too many fruits is like eating sugar. So, Dr Berry is correct.
I took fruit out of my diet thinking it was evil and bad. It is bad for you when you eat a ton of it. When I eat fruit with other things like protein, fiber, etc. I do not get that high blood sugar spike. Granted I may eat 1/2cup of fruit only. I had issues when I eliminated fruit out of my diet. I was no longer "regular" and fasting made it worse. I had to find balance of moderate protein, high fat, low carb, very my fasting and now my body is thriving. We are all different. Experiment and listen to your body. Keto and Carnivore have helped so many people but I do not think it is for everyone. Blessings doc. Enjoy your videos. You have changed my life in more ways than one. Keep up the great work and keep helping people gain their health back.
We lost weight doing greens smoothies. Anything from Kale to beet tops to spinach to dandelion picked from the yard. Then she put some sort of fruit extract flavoring (like banana extract) and liquid stevia to make it taste like fruit. Or maybe blueberries, blackberries (we grow both) or strawberries which are low sugar berries. I lost from almost 220 to less than 190 in 90 days.
@@jaymzx2587 wrong. Sugar signals insulin and insulin signals the body to stop burning fat and store fat instead. You can eat 3000 calories of steak and cruciferous vegetables a day, burn only 1500 and lose weight because you are burning fat instead of glucose. Calories in calories out is a myth.
@@tannertuner so untrue, but it doesn’t matter. You do you! Fact is you gain fat when eating in a surplus ánd not burning those extra calories. You can’t beat the laws of thermodynamics. Sure, sugar spikes insuline which is the “fat storage hormon”, but it doesn’t take anything away from my point. Edit: typo
stay with meat egg cheese. Get to the point to where you can fast for 16-18 hours every day. You will drop weight faster than you can ever imagine. From Oct 23- Jan 15th I lost 43.7 pounds and thats from my doctors weight scales. My doc was blown away. I’ve probably lost another 15-20+ pounds since then but I only weight myself once every three months at my doctor appt. I give all credit to Intermittent Fasting and Keto and listening to Dr. B for the initial weight loss. But starting in January I started back being able to exercising 5 days a week for 45-60 min each day but I still only eat Keto in a 4 hour window each day. You can NEVER exercise away a bad diet. Y’all can do this !
The only fruit I eat is Ketogenic diet approved one Avocado a day...I stay away from all fruits and fruit juices. I have been on the Ketogenic lifestyle and one meal a day Intermittent Fasting and lost over 90 pounds and reversed my insulin resistance and its associated conditions like hypertension, pre-diabetes, reversed my stage 3 kidney disease, reversed my Metabolic syndrome and full of energy. I drink orange juice every day, eat a banana, kiwi or pineapple every day & lost 35 pounds in 2 months. You just need to fast longer if you’re not losing weight. Great insights! This video really clarifies misconceptions about fruit and weight loss, providing crucial guidance to stay healthy. Dr. Ken Berry's expertise shines through!
😭😭😭 my favorite fruits were on the list. I'll be looking for the ok once in a while list if you make one. Also will be checking in other sources for those nutrients you mentioned. How bad are raw blueberries???
In my honest opinion, its fine eating all of these fruits, but like he said, in small amounts. Especially if someone is dieting and eating fruit to curve their sugar cravings, eating a whole piece of fruit is 100% better than eating a donut with 'added vitamins etc', simply because the fruit will not come with the wheat and other added ingredients comprising a donut, as well as a lot of fruits containing copious amounts of vitamins, fibre etc. The simple thing to do to lose weight (from my own experience), is simply count the calories you consume. I was successful in my weight loss, despite having 1 or 2 pieces of fruit listed in this video every day, whilst taking into account that the fruit is sugar are carbohydrates, and balanced my daily diet accordingly. That and intermittent fasting worked like a charm for me.
Dr. Barry you are absolutely the best!! Thank you for sharing all your wonderful knowledge!! You teach us how to live our best life and provide us with health altering information!! We love you!!! ❤️👍
Watermelon is loaded with sugar. But no one eats just one serving (one cup) of watermelon. If you added up all the sugar you ate in one serving of melon, it would be up there in the top 10 worst fruits you can eat.
It would depend on the soil it’s grown in, the variety and ripeness of watermelon and the amount of rainfall/irrigation it receives. But as a general rule, anything you can make wine or alcohol from has a sugar content. According to what I just looked up, it has 17g sugar per 280g serving. Most of that weight is water (which is why the old adage says don’t eat watermelon at night or you’ll wet the bed). But that is higher sugar content than figs and bananas (according to webmd).
This was an absolute eye opener😳😳! I’m working on my weight as we speak and find myself having fruits for lunch almost daily ( some of the culprits you just mentioned). I guess I have to find better choices. Dr Berry could you direct me to your video that may help me? Thanks in advance.
Fruit should not be for lunch or dinner. While on paper they contain calories they will not sustain a person for long periods. The odd bit of fruit here and there can be handled by most people. Diet should be based on Cruciferous vegetables, beef, chicken, fish, nuts, avocado and eggs. Fruit should supplement that and not be the basis of energy.
Ooops! You missed my favorite, Medjool Dates, 32 grams of sugar for a cup. OMG, they are so delicious I still eat them, but only 2 or maybe 3 which is not nearly a cup but still a hit on CARBS. I keep my total daily carbs between 30 - 60 and I have lost 20 pounds.
Strawberries blackberries raspberries blueberries...... notice anything about these? All Berries. BUT BUT BUT these also contain more sugar than a Keto diet can tolerate. Berries should only be a once/twice a month type treat.
Hi DR Berry, I’m such a sceptic when it comes to diets. I’ve been sick with autoimmune disease for a couple years. I have every system you talk about. Scleritis , uveitis , in the eye is about to get the best of me. However I have started the carnivore diet and can’t believe the changes I’m see already. Thank you and keep doing the research and videos.
I have had the fortunate pleasure of being able to travel the world with my job. I noticed very quickly that deserts in other countries have much less sugar and use fruit as the sweet to balance the pastry and cream. What I learned is many parts of the world see fruit as a treat and not part of the plate.
I am shocked. Never would have guessed. I weaned myself from eating lots of fruit everyday a few years ago. I still eat bananas daily bc they are so convenient on the go. Grapefruit is another favorite of mine. Looks like I just need to stay away. So glad I came across this video. So glad my 2 daughters have said this same thing to me for years now. I am convinced now.
Hey Doc! I want to add my own personal experience as an insulin dependent diabetic. Checking my BG all the time... Eating 2 bananas massively spikes my BG. A serious amount. almost 100 per banana. Yet I can eat watermelon all day long, and my BG does not spike in the least. I've seen it actually go down, as if I hadn't eaten all day.
Dad-gummit Doc your confirming things I was afraid of. I have of recent teared up with the departure of candy sweets (Going keto) and now the fruit. Shish it hard work to get healthier.. Thanks KDBMD
Then, what fruits can we eat? I've just started getting my Mom to eat Kiwis for Vitimin C & actually got her to slow down on banana. So what do I tell her to have for vitamin C? Plus, I usually have a half of orange in before breakfast or lemon water. 🍋 Trying to eat healthy but this just broke my heart. 💔😅
Hi Dr. Berry. What is your opinion regarding Truvia, Xylitol, Erythritol & Monkfruit sugar? I can't use Stevia because it gives me a stomach ache. I like the Truvia, Xylitol, Erythritol & Monkfruit but I wonder if you know anything about how those sweeteners affect the body. Thanks much in advance for any advice.
Been following Dr Ken and keto for 2 years. So insulin resistant i have to keep my carbs around 10 per day or my weight starts creeping up. So frustrating.
Great info Dr I used to think green smoothies with lots of fruit can help me lose weight for 10 days, I've only lost 9 lbs and gained it back, I'm starting Keto today 🙌
You can trick your tastebuds with those green smoothies by substituting banana extract and stevia. But you’ve still got to limit your eating window. But if you need to lose weight, you can’t do it without making your body think you’re fasting. You have to eat fats to lose fat. And you need lots of fat for your cells and especially your brain. To lose weight you have to burn STORED fat and the only way to burn stored fat is to get into ketosis. You can’t get in ketosis if your body keeps processing sugars and carbs and secreting insulin.
I eat my berries and melons as a dessert now. I love it!! Especially when they are in season. I do treat myself to an occasional small apple with nut butters. I just make sure to eat it after a zero carb meal. It really helped me from eating processed foods and giving into my pre-keto desserts-pastries! Even though they ar ed on the bad list I've been able to make it work. I refuse to feel guilty about eating an apple, lol.
So True. Yes after cutting amounts of FRUITS Dr. Berry mentioned I have lost more weights than ever!!!! Once in awhile you can consume fruits but not too often. Thanks Doc!
Man THANK YOU! I’ve been drinking a ton of fruit and my gut is growing and I can’t figure it out. Duh, lol. I eat grass fed/finished meat, organs, bone broth, bee pollen, pasture raised chicken eggs,Morgan’s and meet.
I fell off the Keto wagon bc of my love for mangos - are we all good addicts! I am. Chocolate I can easily say no to but fruit is so yummy. Education is key, Thsnks Dr Berry
Chocolate fix is easy. Not cheap, but easy: Lily’s and swerve or stevia. Walmart has even gotten on the wagon with a great value version. They aren’t quite as tasty but are a little less expensive.
You can still get some good results even if you aren't keto all the time. Intermittent fasting and some exercise will make up for a few carbs. It's been working for me.
@@NikoBellaKhouf you’ll just stay in a state of keto flu switching back and forth. It’s not just about weight loss/maintenance. The carbs still invoke an insulin response which not only signals the body to store fat but the insulin response to glucose over the long haul is responsible for cardiovascular disease, gall bladder disease (Gen X, which grew up on the USDA food pyramid and an abundance of cheap fruit, has the highest rate of gall bladder disease of any generation), fatty liver disease and cirrhosis of the liver (yeah, it’s not just an alcoholic disease), and many more including, yes, obesity.
@@tannertuner you really should go back to studying keto all over again. That's not what "keto flu" is. I didn't get keto flu. You get that when you've been on a high carb junk food diet then suddenly switch to eating clean and low carb. And it's only the first few days.
@@tannertuner You talk about the insulin response as if it's evil and that your body isn't intelligent. You have insulin in your system all the time, even when you're fasting. Everything you eat will trigger insulin, including fats. Carbs just happen to trigger it the most. Insulin isn't bad. The problem occurs when you have too much insulin. You're not going to get liver disease from a few carbs. I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease and I've been reversing it for a couple of years now. I was at a point where my liver wasn't absorbing nutrients like vitamin D. You don't have to stay in ketosis forever to get better. Intermittent/prolonged fasting will give you the same benefits and faster.
Hi dr Berry. Thanks for your videos. Please can you do a video on what goods to eat in the first week if keto and IF. I hear what not to eat but that doesn’t help me.
It’s more about what to avoid initially. Avoid refined sugars, processed foods, and vegetable/seed oils. This will get you well on your way. Best of Success.
I’m in the supermarket. Walking around wondering what to buy to eat for the next 4-5 days of keto. I know I’ll buy lots of veggies that I won’t eat and end up eating eggs meat and avocado. I need a daily menu. I’ll follow it to a tee but if you give me options I just don’t know what to choose.

I have to query the pomegranate sugar content, as I have read online that pomegranate is good for a keto diet, but these various articles all quote very different sugar levels.
I'm back to my sophomore year college weight. Never dreamed that would happen. But then, I didn't see the heart attack coming either cuz I was eatin' LOW FAT. I didn't know low fat is high carb, or that high carb is high sugar, or that grain is sugar, or that sugar drives insulin drives heart disease, which drives people to poor health and/or an early grave. These days I nibble on sliced strawberries on high fat desserts, and I handpick a pint or so of wild raspberries on my lot in late July. That's it. I think that when our ancient ancestors were living in the wild as hunter gatherers, eating wild fruit in the summer/autumn was no problem. But these cushy days, eating huge frankenfruit and drinking high fructose corn syrup year around is a big problem.
On maintenance 2 yrs now started strength training with a private coach. He said a need to eat more carbs to help my muscles. So now I eat blueberries and strawberries. I don't think that's what he had in mind but that's the closes I will get to a carb.
I would love a video on babies and toddlers nutrition and ideas and guidelines . I look after my granddaughter 3 days a week. I try to feed her as keto as I can but she is used to her parents way of feeding her. So it makes it difficult. It would be nice to know how to overcome for example the fact that she wont swallow meat and is not interested in having it. She is 20 months old. Or maybe Neisha could do one. Would be much appreciated!!!
I'm wondering if you can help me? Been to doctors and the told me that I'm not diabetic, but yes I have a lot of weight to lose. They said stress plays a major role how I feel. Also, I have noticed a weird rash line across the front of my throat, they prescribed an ointment, but it didn't help much. I've gone this last year to spend time with parents for 3 months my boys and husband. And noticed that the weird rash line went slowly fading. Now recently, it's appeared and really worries me since I've never use to have that in my past. Please let me know, if you have any idea what it could be? Thank you, for your time!
Doesn't it ultimately boil down to quantity of more sugary fruits eaten? Dr. Berry neglected fruits like dates, guava and passion fruit. In my opinion, if its a dark (red/purple/blue/black) fruit, a little bit is fine (Dr. Hyman). Its more about avoiding the tropical fruits really. But even tropical fruits are better than smoothies/dried fruit/juices...
tomatos, btw, are fruit. even onions and green peppers have sugar in them when "cooked down". if i understand rightly the cooking converts slow carbs in them into sugars.

Great advice Dr. Berry. Eat limited amounts of fruit when it’s in season as nature intended. Just wondering where blueberries sit on the sugar scale, as you didn’t mention them during the video. They are probably the most popular so called “health food” up here in the Pacific Northwest.
There’s this thing called google. Now if you go there and type in blueberries sugar content you will be able to find these results. It’s only been around for 25 years or so, so you k it not not have heard of it. I mean really, you need someone to tell you in a video in order for you to find something out? Here bud, just for you, 100g of blueberries, which would’ve equal to probably 3 big handfuls, has around 10 grams of sugar. So one handful has less than five grams. You good? I based this on a 100g serving
I use fruit as my cheat meal.. sometimes I crave a juicy apple or grapes. Once my cheat day arrives, I eat all the apples and grapes I want, until I'm done with fruit for a while.. perfect!
I started my diet 25 days ago and I lost 10 lbs by cutting out processed sugar, red meat, lowering my carbs. I don’t eat out. I’m on a Whole Foods meal plan. I sometimes have fruit. I don’t eat a lot of it but I eat a banana a day cause it keeps me from having leg cramps and muscle spasms. I believe that you can eat fruit in moderation. Moderation for me is having one or two servings a day like berries and bananas. Sometimes watermelon.
That is relatively fine approach. If you want to check your metabolism look into getting a Fibroscan and CAC scan. They both cost about $200 each. Fibroscan can look at liver to tell if there is any damage and the CAC scan can identify if there is any build up in the arteries. Both scans are brilliant cheap predictors of health and can give enough time to turn health around if there are issues.

This is a spectacular experience!!
The only berry you need for longevity and levity is Dr Berry!
I think five to six servings of fruit on a daily basis is too much. Remember too much of everything is too bad.

Glad it 'works' for you. The fruit is still no better than a candy bar and will raise your trigycerides as much as cakes, candy bars, or donuts. I eat some fruit too; but it's not a daily staple. If your TGL is over 120 you're not doing well. It's a simple blood test.
@@pillsber its def better. It has enzymes that helps break down the sugar, and fibres to help you not spike your blood sugar as much.
I just started IF and Keto and I don't see many fruits you can eat. This is all due to my glucose being high so I'm staying away!! Thanks!
Haven't had fruit in 2 years....doing fine
You can eat small amounts of blueberries and strawberries.
Most berries and grapefruit are low though imho.

Many years ago when I use to attend Weight Watchers, one person was not losing weight but was gaining. She was eating healthy - lots of fruit. The leader told her that was the problem. Eating too many fruits is like eating sugar. So, Dr Berry is correct.
I can tell you now her issue was not fruit.
Yes it is, I was vegetarian for my entire life and I ate lots of fruit, and after I had my surgery and I gained 40 lbs….

Doc, no wonder I never lost weight on smoothie diets. I never knew how much sugar I was consuming.

He didn't mention watermelon!!!! YAY!!!! Nobody comes between me and my watermelon! Thank goodness I only like it in July and August.

not high sugar, nor high calorie, you can sleep soundly...
@@WilliamWBG webmd actually lists watermelon as the 5th highest in sugar fruit

@@tannertuner You talk about the insulin response as if it's evil and that your body isn't intelligent. You have insulin in your system all the time, even when you're fasting.
Thanks for All that’s information and how much could I berrrs hope is much les ? All the best dr Ken Berry

Thx superstar.
tomatos, btw, are fruit. even onions and green peppers have sugar in them when "cooked down". if i understand rightly the cooking converts slow carbs in them into sugars.
I wish you would do a video on diverticulitis and the best diet to help it
If you have diverticulitis don’t do keto or carnivores it’s really bad for you.
@@Chad123x ooh ok thank you, I just got diagnosed with it wasn’t sure what I could do
If anything get a gut biome Test done find out what’s happening in your gut. Home made kefir is brill for diverticulitis. Look at either ‘ chuckling goat or goggle JOIN ZOE depending which country you are in
Thank you for this information 💜I was very surprised about the figs.
What about dates? They seem so full of sugar
And which are the best to eat? I'm going to look for your video about that💜subbed
@@KevinsKontentKorner Maybe cut down on the coffee-intake and testosterone shots.
@@bighands69 thank you for this info. I definitely want to do this!

Also just to suggest functional medicine or integrative medicine doctors who can run a large number of simple tests and present you with options that most family doctors do not offer.
👌🏼 Thank you Dr. Berry. God bless you and your family! 🙏🏼 😊
Big fan of dr Berry, but I hate when his bias towards his hate of all carbs gets in the way of his quality advice. To compare a kiwi 🥝 to a jelly doughnut 🍩 is just so stupid, we all know it’s more complex than that, it’s nutrition so it’s never black and white. Go eat 3 jelly doughnuts one day and 3 kiwis the next day and see how you feel after each one.
So what do we eat?
Can we have a video on the best foods to NOT lose weight? Some of us could even gain weight.
Exactly my problem !
@@LiloEmyoung Right, we probably eat so well, it can be a challenge if one is active too! I love being a carnivore for 5 months now, and weight is stable, but my goal is to gain weight as I age. Fill out the wrinkles, lol.
That would great for my 81 year old dad!
Eat more often.
@@alicee2952 yes, huge issue in the elderly.
Thank you for sharing this!!
Thanks Dr Berry for the fantastic information.
I wonder how healthy dates are fresh or dried? how much suger in them?
I thought watermelon or melons in general would be on the list. I am so surprised about oranges but yeah, those are sweet.
One cup of watermelon is the serving but who only eats one cup? Counting total sugar consumed, I bet eating a normal amount of watermelon during one sitting would have as much sugar or more sugar than the top 5 on this list.
@@WilliamWBG because watermelon will totally kill you lol
@@dakotacoggins6700 It's more of a how ya gonna feel. Excess sugar makes me feel like pooh. Sometimes I feel like it's worth it because yum yum lol
Has anyone got any advice on ridding Morgellons disease? 🙏🙏 thank you in advance.
Damn Doc, you're killing me! I grow blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries in my back yard. I was going to plant some figs but you just killed that. In all seriousness, they just put me on a beta blocker for high blood pressure and I was told by my doctor that I could not lower it naturally. Guess I'll have to give up the fruit.
I too have a small orchard. I plan to still eat some fruit at times, in moderation, particularly after a workout.
Your so lucky... Been trying to grow those berries a long time
