    Big fan of these bed extenders. Had one on my old truck and bought one for my new one. Saved me over $200 bucks from the shop thanks to your video! Installed it myself easily.

    I was just blessed with the AMP Bed extender but friend didn’t have the hinge diagram that came with it. I’ve searched trying to find it but no luck. By chance can you help me out?
    Thanks either way!!

    It would be nice if these extenders weren't rounded at the end and they came out square like the tailgate does for maximum usage because we're paying money for it so stop rounding the corners off when they make them so I'll make my own cause I can. I have a welder. I have a fabrication shop , and put it on the market. Let's see what happens.

    You give props for it being made in the USA, but you're installing it on a foreign truck. Even if it's ASSEMBLED here in the U.S. it's still a Japanese truck.

    These bed extenders are way overpriced for what they are. 300$-400$? it's just absurd. The aluminum used alone isn't even 60$ worth.

      @@Archifx nice. So can load the bed with stuff 3/4 full then stick the amp on and continue filling.. since with the amp down you won't be able to slide stuff to the back. Going to order on with the drillless kit.

    Hi for the self tapper screws did you do 3/4in or 1/2in?
    Comments say 1/2 inch
    But the amazon link on your video description shows 3/4inch

    Can it be easily stolen if someone lifts it out the bracket with the tailgate up?

    • @Archifx
      @Archifx  5 лет назад

      Sure could.... but I’m sure something could be fanned up to block the jerks. Plus it’d be pretty useless without the mounts.

    • @AngusNB

      If the tailgate is locked you can't get the extender at a 45 degree angle to get it out.
