I can see why you said that. I don't think he was last minute though. Feels like they always had his story in mind. The fact the narrator says "what 'they' seek", implying there was more than one Armor King. Plus in Tekken 5 almost every character was either extremely lacking or extremely broken. I love armor king but you gotta improve. aside that JS-iSW, it didn't really looked like TAS for me. more movement (dodging/crushing) less repetative moves and more crazy stuff at the wall. good luck
