Basically Dead Plate's Lore if u don't know: Manon (girl) break up with Rody (orange hair guy) for him to take care of himself because he's simp af and do everything for her like a dog. and their relationship is obv toxic. She then know and develop feelings for Vince (black hair guy) due to him being a famous chef and her parents were food critics, so they have the same interest in food. However, Vince lost his taste for unknown reason and thinking that he will regain it by doing cannibalism yay. Meanwhile, Rody is working for Vince's restaurant so he can get back to Manon (he still simp, no change btw) and the two express MINOR gay feelings idk because there IS suggestions and implications. And Rody will work for 7 days before u get to the ENDINGS! Ending 1: True Ending - Table for Once On day 7, Rody said to Vince he quit and have a re-date with Manon. He called her several times but she still hasn't picked up and doesn't come to the date, and so he go home and eat the leftovers Vince give. Unfortunately, the leftovers he was eating was actually Manon. Vince killed her and cook her into food for Rody to experiment if his theory of cannibalism will bring back taste. Rody didn't know, that's why Manon didn't pick up phone both in the ending and the game (because after every day, you control Rody to call Manon. He call her every evening but no reply bc he just eat her bruh). Ending 2: Best-Served Cold Rody go into the freezer room and find Manon's necklace, realize Vince murdered her and each leftovers Vince give him for dinner from Day 1 up to this moment were actually Manon. Vince appear and unconscious Rody. Rody wakes up and have to play Tag with Vince, he fail to escape the freezer room and Vince turned him into Ice Scream and eat peacefully. Ending 3: Best-Served Hot - "Good" Ending Same as Ending 2 but Rody escape the freezer room and was cornered by Vince, Vince reveal his intentions and yummy Rody's left ear. But Rody grab a broken bottle nearby and kill Vince, then burned the restaurant and the after-credit reveal why Manon broke up with Rody, due to their toxic relationship bc Rody was giving all his money to her and try everything to make her happy, like a yandere fr. Ending 4: Abattoir - Bad Ending Like Ending 2 and 3, but Rody got caught by Vince. Vince killed Rody and use the grinder to make him into literal smoothie. According to creator, after Ending 2 and 4 Vince still have no taste, so he will live in guilt because he killed two innocent persons.
